PROS: This is an extremely functional software with lots of features that improves all our HR management operations. You can do a wide range of tasks within the software -- from uploading candidate information to generating employee timesheets. It's also user-friendly!
CONS: I have experienced where the app suddenly restarts while I'm in the middle of browsing information of candidates.

PROS: Tons of available features that I can easily use, and I don’t experience difficulties navigating all over its interface. It can handle vendor management systems and job board integration seamlessly, which makes it suitable for an account and recruitment managers. Also, it features highly customizable and easy to review reports, as well as convenient document managers that fit any client. Plus, it makes placement and onboarding super smooth.
CONS: This is a complete and highly functional ATS. I can’t find any problem with the platform and its features.

PROS: It’s a great time saver because its AI search feature helps us find and organize resumes without unneeded hassles, and it lets us conveniently update details in such profiles too. It also boosts our submission tracking, communication with applicants, as well as schedule and conduct interviews. PROS: It is a terrific time-saver, especially that we do not need to manually download profiles for viewing. We only need to click on profiles available on the jobs board, then it automatically migrates into our account on Ceipal. The platform handles massive emailing efficiently as well.
CONS: Yes, mass emailing and profile migration are wonderful. But migrating profiles and loading email responses takes quite a long time.

PROS: This is a great ATS platform, but with some problems, we can set aside. It has efficient features such as switching of job status, as well as the migration of profiles and databases. It lets us create placements easily too, especially that it generates a complete overview of the consultant submission process. It also allows tracking of consultant status in different phases, such as throughout the interviews. And it conveniently displays daily submissions on a portal, which makes it easier to check employee performance.
CONS: Report features need improvements, such as counting the number of submissions in addition to the name and available details. Checkboxes for specifying certain fields while generating reports would also be helpful. Creating a job posting is also problematic since I need to click the US Staffing option in tax term twice. The first is while creating the posting. Then, I need to check after creating, because it comes back to default in some instances. Another problem is when migrating profiles from the database. When a resume has been updated, the platform shows both the old and new versions. I wish it only shows the updated version of the same resume. And oh, integrating this platform to the DICE dashboard is quite problematic too, since us different profile results in some instances.Lastly, the “remember me” option while logging-in doesn’t always function as it should be. And when logging-out, the systems automatically do so instead of showing a confirmation box.

PROS: This is a wonderful tool for the recruitment industry that makes many processes super-efficient. It makes recruiters work faster and move towards the best results. Also, it makes our company easier to reach for applicants, as well as it keeps us visible while they work.
CONS: I can’t find a certain flaw that has negative effects. In fact, the tool continuously improves through updates as time passes by.

PROS: A stable ATS platform that keeps me on track throughout my job, and is helpful for sorting things out when creating quality reports. It also boasts easy to use features such as the AI searching, merging of emails, tracking of reports, and migration of profiles among other helpful functions too. And it helps us create interview schedules, as well as to conduct online video interviews without unneeded hassles.
CONS: There are moments when it produces inaccurate resume outputs with the problematic sequence. Although, this only happens in rare instances, and it is not that noticeable. I haven’t stumbled on other problems while using the platform.

PROS: It is a great way for managing an entire recruitment process seamlessly. It has email syncing features, as well as harvesting, AI tracking, and online boarding among other options. This lets us send contracts and documents to applicants for convenient signing.
CONS: It has some issues that make it quite inconvenient. One notable example is its speed since it becomes sluggish every now and then. We need to regularly clear cookies to address such a problem.
