PROS: Overall design is pleasing, forces you to comb through your data in multiple places to ensure no discrepancies.

CONS: Not user friendly at all, even adding a form to our website took their support 3 tries to figure out what the problem was, making changes requires a very tech savvy employee, none of their modules connect so if you change information in one spot for a lead you also need to make sure you correct it in 2-3 other places so your data isn't incorrect, hard to track or search sales data, and close rates.

Additionally, our support team is unrivaled, eagerly bending over backwards to assist all of our customers, from the largest enterprise organization to the smallest sole proprietor. A philosophy of customer satisfaction pervades our entire organization, and we practice it every day. Reviews are an important source of valuable information and can be an immense help to buyers during the decision making process.
