PROS: Overall design is pleasing, forces you to comb through your data in multiple places to ensure no discrepancies.
CONS: Not user friendly at all, even adding a form to our website took their support 3 tries to figure out what the problem was, making changes requires a very tech savvy employee, none of their modules connect so if you change information in one spot for a lead you also need to make sure you correct it in 2-3 other places so your data isn't incorrect, hard to track or search sales data, and close rates.
