PROS: Quickly resolving customers needs with no pain of manual dialing. Filters out busy signals, voicemail, no-answers and disconnected numbers. Call monitoring and recording features helped our managers to monitor teams performance. Easily Intergrates with CRM.

CONS: I haven't really encountered any disadvantage about this software.It is easy to use with variety of features that meets every need for your business.
