Digisurface eServe helps you enhance your processes for approving employees’ travels and expenses. You’ll be able to apply maker-checker workflows. These are dual-authorization processes that require the involvement of two or more different individuals for travel and expense-related transactions to be completed.
The software can track, verify, and record all travel and expense transactions that are created, reviewed, rejected, approved, modified, or resubmitted. It also checks which persons made such actions. Employees assigned with checker roles can review and approve transactions, but they’re not allowed to modify the transactions they’ve rejected.
Instead, they need to send the transactions back to the original maker employees who created those transactions and let them make the necessary changes. You’ll gain greater control over your travel and expense processes while enhancing transaction and data auditability and security.
Travel Requesting & Booking
