PROS: Document360 was surprisingly easy to understand for the less technically inclined people in my team and that is a win. What we didn't need was an expensive solution we couldn't afford or justify and Document360 fit the bill

PROS: The best part is we are able to monitor what resource pages are receiving the most traffic, which ones could use a boost and even solicit ideas for content that doesn't exist yet. You can tell that they're pushing their product forward and trying to make something that is unique from other knowledge base platforms out there. Their recent updates to their Analytics shows that they've been working hard on providing value to their customers. My favorite- incredible customer service team.
CONS: As with everything there have been a few minor hickups, but they have addressed them and continue to roll out new features and functionality that make this software extremely valuable to our company.

PROS: We plan to use this software internally to begin, but I love that the option is there for external use as well. The amazing built in features are so relevant and exactly what we needed in order to get started quickly.

PROS: I thought the interface was the cleanest, easiest, and most responsive. As a developer the ability to create workflows and use the API has made this tool indispensable. Document360 is also extremely helpful when trying to track down a problem that may have occurred in the past or is similar to something we\'re currently dealing with.

PROS: The real selling point for our company was the analytics and the history log because we can see the history and prevent them from reoccurring in the future. Also its interface is incredibly easy to use. You can quickly assign and respond to jobs, and make sure there is no doubling up on jobs. An A+ on customer support.
CONS: We've been live for just a few days and haven't faced any challenge other than having to learn how to use a new tool.

PROS: To me Document360 is a developing underdog on the CRM market with some huge advantages and opportunities. Its simply polished and professional. Our collective experience with Document360 has been extremely positive, and we recommend it wholeheartedly!
CONS: What I like least about the software is the need for customization's that would require Professional Services. If resources are out there, they should probably be made available to the customers to follow and implement on their own. It would be nice to include better reporting capabilities and functionality.

PROS: Great ITSM alternative to the big guys, with all the same features, without the price tag. They offer a full feature trial and will help you with a PoC. Great value, positive ROI and superior TOC. Have a look at this one! The feature set is rich, I recommend you do a Proof of Concept with them to gain an appreciation of everything Document360 gives you. The on-boarding process was very well orchestrated, they guide your team through the whole implementation. Truly an Enterprise Grade Product, a hidden gem!

PROS: This software makes it so easy to find content and more importantly, to direct clients to the content they need. No more document all over the network hard to find to share knowledge. The content is indexed so fast. Best of all, if there's a specific feature you really want if you ask them they'll get it done.

PROS: The features of Document360 are also very organized and we don't have 200+ options to skim through. Tree View navigation system is designed beautifully. It helps managing categories (adding categories, sub-categories, articles) so easy now. These can be easily moved around (drag and drop) to the desired location.
CONS: Document360 is blending well with our business. Its simple and not at all complicated to understand.

PROS: Document360 is a very solid product with extensive features. The best part about Document360 is that it\'s incredibly easy to use; you don\'t need any software or programming knowledge to create contents and pages. The interface is presented in a clean and uncluttered manner, and the drag-and-drop features make populating the platform a simple and straightforward task. Furthermore, Document360 offers great analytic tools to track work progress. Previously, we managed everything through Google Drive but we found it was getting very disorganized. In terms of customer service, Document360 has proven exceptional.
CONS: Sometimes users are a bit confused, but I guess this is normal when someone enters a new platform.

PROS: Markdown editor has been a life saver. Our documentations look much better and cleaner with good readability. . There’s a preview area that provides us live feedback when building documentation. This is very helpful to visualize the final appearance of the document without saving and publishing each time to see the results. The best part is that you don’t have to remember all the syntax to format your document. Document360 have created a Markdown shortcut that gives a quick peek with most commonly used syntaxes. Ofcourse the format toolbar does the job too.
CONS: Its almost impossible to find something I dislike about Document360. I almost never hear any of the support folks complain about it, nor have I run into any problems using it myself.

PROS: A client of mine who uses Document360 recommended to use this tool. I was happy to do so, the trial version does give you all the basics expected from a decent knowledge base platform. The free trial should be more than enough to give you a fell for the system. Document360 is a tool of rapid implementation, with a short learning curve and very friendly for the administrator and end user.
CONS: I wish the preview landing page loads faster. Sometimes it doesn’t even load and keeps rotating. I have to close it and retry preview again.

PROS: The version control makes it easy to maintain multiple versions of a document. The most important backup/restore feature allowing users to choose a manual or automatic system backup is brilliant. The editor comes with cool features like on-screen preview and full design preview. We can completely focus on the content and not worry about the formatting.
CONS: Document360 is moving in the right direction. Am sure their team will make Document360 more user-friendly and add more cool features in their upcoming versions.

PROS: Overall, Document360 makes customer service more efficient. As a manager, I can see my employee's satisfaction, how long they spent answering emails, on the phone, etc. Document360 has been great in streamlining my customer service team while also optimizing the customer's experience. In short, you NEED Document360 for a good customer service experience.
CONS: The user interface is not attractive, although it has all the functionalities. Several changes can further improve workflows or provide better interaction between the company and the client.
