PROS: One of the strengths of this system is its scalability. It can constantly provide quality service and cover the needs of growing businesses. When we opened our new office locations around the United States, this VoIP solution has made the process way easier and even save us money. We just extended the service from our HeadQuarter.
CONS: The number of available online resources or guides for troubleshooting issues is very limited. But it’s not really a big issue since they have ticket generation which we use to raise concerns. Their support staff is very responsive and help us solve our system issues fast.

CONS: For me, the API access to call data is a bit lacking. So it would be nice and really beneficial for us if they will allow the end-users to use data within other systems and aggregate them with other metrics from a business intelligence standpoint.

PROS: I love the quality of the calls! No dropped calls or problems with jitter. The support to various phones from different vendors is really beneficial; having options is awesome because we got to choose what works best for the business.
CONS: There are limited options for managing emails as well as for managing old emails. There’s no option to set a time when the system should delete the old messages we have already listened to. Aside from that, I wish the system can be integrated into laptops.

PROS: Most tools are self-managed so there is no need to contact the support every now and then. And whenever I have concerns and need help from the support, I can usually reach them immediately and they help me solve the issue quickly.
CONS: The unified computer phone service is an add-on feature so our organization decided to just use phones. Whenever we need to make online meetings or conversations, we just use Skype. We would love if the feature would be standard. Also, I find their user administration hard to manage.

PROS: Evolve IP has the best support team! They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and do their best to help us fix system issues in no time. It’s the best support I’ve ever experienced in my entire career in the call center industry.
CONS: I have nothing negative thing to say about the solution. All is great and if there is a problem, their support team is always ready to provide assistance and solution. On top of that, they listen to the end-user’s feedback and apply suggestions when they see fit.

PROS: The transition from our company’s internal IP phone system to this solution has been pretty seamless. The team that Evolve has deployed to assist us in the transition are the best! They know exactly what they are doing, very skilled, and even went an extra mile to ensure everything is alright. They even crawled under the office desks without hesitation to plug in the phones themselves! We’ve been using this solution for more than a year now and so far everything is still great.
CONS: We had a small issue with the support desk. It seems like they are having a hard time keeping up with the needs and requirements of our growing company. Not really a deal-breaker but it would be nice if the support desk will be improved. But overall, their support is actually awesome. There’s an easy path for escalating issues and critical concerns usually got fix fairly quickly.

PROS: It has great mobility. The system links our mobile phones to our office phones and seamlessly transfer calls between units so I am able to monitor and answer calls even when I’m away from the office.
CONS: Some users still aren’t aware of the system’s ability to process calls using devices other than phones. This is not a problem of the system but it would be nice if they would release something that would help users understand the possibilities and functionalities of this solution.

PROS: What I like best about this phone system are its self-management tools. There's no need to seek assistance when using them (except at the beginning). I also like Account Management. It is excellent.
CONS: The self-management tool includes a lot of features but is a bit difficult to use. It would be amazing if the vendor would make it more user-friendly. Apart from that, the number of available functionalities is quite overwhelming and hard to put them all together in the solution’s interface.

PROS: We are using Evolve IP Phones in all our offices located in ten different places and since then communication within the company has become more effective and seamless. Reaching out to someone from another location has become as easy as making a few clicks. I also like the ability to set up greetings especially during holidays. And whenever a phone user has new information or needs to make changes in their data, it is easy to make an update via Ossmosis Portal. Overall, we had a great experience using this system.
CONS: The service has been very great and reliable. No concerns so far.

PROS: The best thing about using Evolve IP Phone system is that it brings all the tools we need for efficient and effective communication in a single platform. All state-of-the-art softphones, handsets, collaboration tools, and many more can be accessed from a single software, which eliminates the need for other solutions. It is very reliable. It’s a quality product.
CONS: Compared to other similar phone systems, Evolve IP is far more expensive. Apart from price, I also have some issues with setting up and making modifications in Osmosis Admin. It would be nice if it would be more user-friendly and provide a way to make the process of making alterations easier.
