PROS: Product integration straight into our system has been simple. It's buttery smooth. Gigya has surprised us in a lot of ways than what we expected. Take note that Gigya is an international firm.
CONS: We're trying to acquire as much insight as we can in our user base. Our aim is to further increase interactions or user engagement on the sites we're currently running. Integration to our system has been great since using this. I can't get enough how helpful their support was.

PROS: Jeff is currently our client servie manager. He's been quick with our inquiries. Any requests or research stuff that we want him to do, he does his best. It's been a great pleasure working with him!
CONS: The differences in time zone between us. It can be difficult working with them especially on urgent matters. These usually come around in the morning.

PROS: The implementation quickness of Gigya by our devs is amazing. Support has been friendly since reaching out to them for help. We can't help but appreciate the stuff that they've done for us. Thank you, Nesrine for being overly helpful!
CONS: There's nothing major that stands out. Some parts of the documentation may need a bit of updating. This goes for new socialize.js links.

PROS: I love the social integrations with various networks, and the good thing is they make integrations continuously with other social networks too. There are lot of features that make our work easier, such as: social sharing, reviews and data gathering. Their support team is fascinating, whenever we want to make some changes, or have some issues they are ready to help, so we can get the most out of the platform.
CONS: In my opinion, they need to work on the speed on installation. Everything else is good.

PROS: Gigya offers social network integrations, social login, modules, audits and responses. The platform allows us to invite clients. We can coordinate the items into our framework effortlessly. I can clearly say that Gigya is such a wonderful and universal organization. Thanks to this platform we can deal with different locals easier.
CONS: We had some problems with implementation, since we dispersed our group US East Coast and India, we need to redesign some documentation and the 3 hour time distinction is a challenge now.

PROS: Being Registration-as-a-Service user, I love how I can organized and query user data directly from Identity Storage. We're currently leveraging its Single Sing On functionality. It so happens that it does that exceptionally well. We've seen immense improvement in our registration process.
CONS: Right now, our dev team is widely distributed in the United States and India. Gigya's support are actually on the West Coast in the U.S. (our team happens to be in the East Coast). When we collaborated on some highly complex parts of the implementation process, the different time zone significanly slowed our process to a crawl. This could be a potential problem that may have an impact in certain organization if time happens to be a crucial aspect.
Medium and high-scaling sites wil find this a gem for gathering data as well as for social integration.

PROS: It social integration is completely updated. It has a ton of social network that can handle. It's way more than what we expected. Really great options in its arsenal including data, reviews, and social sharing. Support is always there to make sure we're making the most of what the system is offering us.
CONS: Our devs had to be brought up to speed with the installation process. But right after that --- zero issues.
