PROS: Intervals offers great set of features and it meets all our needs for start-ups and small businesses. It has lot of organization and categorization elements so we can easily and accurately track time and represent tasks across clients and projects. I like that this tool is very flexible and it can be used by everyone.
CONS: We have experienced some limitiations when we moved from small to medium, the integrations were flowless and methods for pulling out data has become frustrating.

PROS: We have tried other project management platforms before interacting with Intervals. We use this platforms for 9 years and all I have to say that this tool is customizable, stable and robust solution. It offers great set of features that meet all our needs. I like that we can divide large projects into small tasks, we can track time and project budget. It is affordable tool and cost-effective for small businesses.
CONS: The interface hasn’t been changed a lot for this 9 years and I really believe that they could improve it. The paltform usability stays in one place while they constantly add new features.

PROS: There are lot of things that I like about Intervals: Intervals’ simplicity. There is no steep learning curve and it can be used by everyone. It is simple to set up and you can start using it right away. Also, it is affordable solution, all you have to pay $50/month and this is reaosnable price and it for this price you’ll get wonderful set of features. Furhtermore, I like that this tool is very flexible one, it offers lot of options so we can customize the platform according to our needs.
CONS: The mobile UI is not as intuitive as the desktop version. I often use mobile version to pull out reports and to see the results in a minute but I enjoy working on it through desktop. Also, they could work more on its design. Additionally, there is lack of integration with other services and this is something that they must improve.

The time tracking features are well integrated into into UI and we can easily set up the time of the tasks. It makes my work day easier. PROS: Intervals allow me to organize and manage all my tasks and projects by module and milestone. I can easily analyze upcoming tasks, timelines and total scope of work. Also, this is perfect team collaboration tool because it is extremely useful for communication between other team members, we can comment on tasks, assign taks and get notification about important things.
CONS: Sometimes it takes some time when loading the report dashboard, projects and some tasks, especially when there are lot of activities around. Also, I couldn’t upload an image for the survey and it provided me with Upload failed message.

PROS: This is easy to use and user friendly solution for our company. We can easily add clients, projects, set time and start tracking things that are important. It has changed the way we track projects and time. We are using it for 2 years and we haven’t miss deadlines nor billing time. I like that everyone is on the same page. Also, the price is reasonable and it is affordable solution for small companies, the support team is always available and very responsive.
CONS: There are some options that we don’t use and we cannot close those options. Also, to get everyone on board using this platform was really difficult thing to do but finally we managed to implement it into our workflow.

PROS: As soon as you purchase this platform you can start using it right away. I like its time entry features. Our team is with 10 members and each one has his own favorite way to input data. It is highly flexible solution and it can be used by everyone. You can save reports, share them into PDF or Excel format so they can be accessible to everyone. The support team is fantastic, they constantly work on the product’s improvements and they are always willing to help whenever you run into some missunderstandings.
CONS: Fortunately, I don’t have dislikes about this tool, I haven’t run into some issues or misunderstandings.
