CONS: It shows OKRs and other data of co-employees to everybody in the company. I don’t know if it is a feature that is simply toggled on by our superiors. But some workers wouldn’t like others to view their notes and goals.

PROS: It has a super convenient interface and processes, such as featuring clear step by step interaction. When viewing dozens of feedbacks, for example, it is easy to determine the next procedure to do. And when I need to go away for a while, it is easy to know where I stopped so I can efficiently continue.

PROS: Easy to use, and it allows me to conveniently set and modifies objectives for the team. It also has neat but helpful meeting templates that are perfect for managers and employees to use. The display about improvements and updates of objectives helps by guiding both parties towards the quality conversation.
CONS: The main home panel has some missing features. For example, placing the goal progress notification on it would do wonders.

PROS: Lattice is a new platform in our company, and I personally think it really cool for helping us move towards individual and organizational objectives. Useful for weekly updates and 1-on-1 meetings, since it keeps things personal and fruitful. It helps employees become more productive depending on their assigned tasks too, instead of merely doing some things at the office.
CONS: It doesn’t give enough reminders in my Objective and Key Results feature, except when I receive new tasks. I hope I’d receive more notification through it. It doesn’t offer an app for MAC as well.

PROS: Helps me in completing performance reviews effortlessly, especially that it has reliable cues as guides and a super sleek UI. It is also wonderful that Lattice allows me to check reviews of my team members about their own selves. It encourages everyone to leave reviews for others to see, including some that are intended for me. I am having fun seeing if I really know some people in the company too.
CONS: I sometimes encounter some problems when sending reviews. There are moments when I’m confused if they’ve been submitted, or if I still need to do some tweaks. I do not have any problem with Lattice other than this one.

PROS: It has enough options for leaving private or public performance reviews, and it allows leaving reviews to one’s own self as well. And all reviews can be set on time with enough engagements. This is a big help for a manager like me.
CONS: Completed reviews simply vanish from the dashboard; thus, it is virtually impossible to check them again. This is quite problematic whenever I want an employee to check the reviews without the use of reports. An archive section can solve this issue.

PROS: Lattice is a performance management tool with a neat and smooth UI. Meaning, it won’t cause some troubles to you while working. It even helps me work smoothly because it is easy to identify every step, and lets me know which particular part I am currently doing. It lets us record all goals too, which is a big push for our departments and each employee to develop.
CONS: Its survey questions have some problems because of some inconsistencies. Say, some questions are paired with a Likert scale when they’re not really answerable through such a method. The platform needs some improvements on such a point.

PROS: It allows convenient personalization of questions that would be used for 1-on-1 or meetings in our department. This is great for outlining essential topics that should be tackled at a given time. It integrates with Slack seamlessly too. This is how I get alerts about a couple of hours before a scheduled meeting.
CONS: It doesn’t allow easily switching questions for each meeting; thus, discussions sometimes appear dull and repetitive. However, that could a problem with my manager when he doesn’t want to change the question line-up, instead of an actual software limitation. This leads to my recommendation of adding alerts to managers so staff can remind them of essential tasks.

PROS: Tracking objectives is easier, as well as updating them when necessary. It is not a hassle to drop reviews about my co-employees and bosses regarding their performance. I can make such reviews public or private to suit a situation. Then, it is possible to gather such reviews from everybody to help with the evaluation processes.
CONS: Text presets aside from those being set each week would be great. Say, we check and create objectives each quarter in a year. It would be great if we can set the platform to function quarterly instead of weekly. What we’re doing now is gathering weekly results for such quarterly activity. This is a small suggestion that can do wonders for better convenience.

PROS: It offers smooth navigation and a very convenient user experience. It lets me easily check Objective and Key Results in any department, or see how well are they doing according to certain goals. Also, it lets me move the deadline when workers are still far from the completion of a project. Checking the topics in a 1-on-1 meeting is easy, then I can put additional topics when needed.
CONS: I don’t have any negative feedback about Lattice as of now. This performance management system is really outstanding!
