PROS: Nutshell is easy to use, with great functionality, and its value is top-notch. It does a great job of storing the information we need, making it easy as well to make notes, compare customer and lead reports, communicate with prospects, and update information on the go so we can turn those leads into paying customers.
CONS: Sometimes I have to do a bit more navigation to get the lead reports that I want. But now I have all my frequently used reports bookmarked.
The least favorable review
PROS: This software is perfect for monitoring the reach and performance of our marketing campaigns. On the users’ end, Nutshell is really a flexible software that eases out our marketing and advertising operations. It increases our productivity, while also increasing our income.

PROS: When I started with my business I was looking for an easy-to-use, intuitive and clever application, and then I found Nutshell. What I really love about this app is the sales tools. Making the sales process with Nutshell was very easy, everything was described in detail. Also if you have multiple tasks you can share with your team members and after finishing the task the task is automatically marked as completed and you can move on the next task.
CONS: If you delay your task it automatically delays from the date it was due instead of the current day.

PROS: I love how Nutshell works, especially the dashboard activities give me information about the sales and give me instruction about what I need to do next to achieve my goal. Also, I am very amazed how I can easily create multiple sales processes. Nutshell has saved my time with its ability to organize things for me.
CONS: I work with Outlook/Office 365 and with Nutshell there is only 1 direction integration. They could work on linking the contacts in Nutshell to Office 365 and to schedule calls and meetings from my Outlook.

PROS: We love Nutshell's sales process component, which is easy and straightforward to use. Its cool "wallboard" feature lets us show live updates and the biggest lead wins over a big TV to help motivate our team. The integrations are also fantastic while the support team is outstanding as well.
CONS: One thing I did not like is if a task is overdue and you delay it, the system delays the task from the date it was due rather than the current date. I wish it was set up the other way around.

PROS: Nutshell is an easy to use and ergonomically smart web app. It helps manage leads and also manage projects by company as you see your achievements growing over time and work done.
CONS: Sometimes, the links between the leads and the company are confusing and unclear. It would be great to see the leads attached to a company or people in a big frame. It would also be great to see your team's leads in your personal leads (because team leads also belongs to you) but maybe it is already possible that I haven't figured out how to set it up. Finally, it would be more convenient to have the phone reporting window pop up while you're on a phone call and not after in order to write down the key information of your conversation in real time.

PROS: All of your contacts can be put into Nutshell very quickly and easily, that is somehting I really love about this app, you don't waste your time, also, you are on top of your customer contacts. PROS: When I started using Nutshell I was amazed by its features that help me to modify my business processes. You can easily import leads from other systems. Their search tool is fast unless you have tons of data then the search will be difficult. The software itself is of great value including the pricing.
CONS: The problem is that you cannot put into use custom processes to multiple teams. For example the problem is that we have inside and outside sale teams and they need to use different proceses for the same purpose. Also, you need a lot of clicks to get from one step to the next. They need to work on these issues.

PROS: I really love the drag-and-drop capabilities of Nutshell's interface. It makes everything easier -- from organizing contact profiles and tracking sales. It also has the ability to assess trends in the market which we find really helpful in strategizing. It also works perfectly when integrated with other apps, especially mailer apps.
CONS: Nutshell doesn't have a video conferencing feature. I've also encountered a little issue with giving email support to the customer using certain email platforms.

PROS: We can enter data without spending lot of time on clicking around. It works perfectly with an iPhone app and other CRM solutions. Its customer support team is wonderful and extremely helpful. I personally like its goal setting feature and dashboard counter because it provides us with the information about the performance of our projects.
CONS: I miss integrations with other social media networks like Facebook or Linkedln, it would be extremely helpful if we can see contacts on Linkedln and Facebook. And they could make the UI modern and updated.

PROS: For me, the best features of this intuitive software are its outreach tool, contact management system, and calendar! I love how it manages data and track emails better than other CRM software out there.
CONS: Nutshell is not that customizable. You have to allot time and effort to do it, given that there's also a limited resource for tutorials. Managing deals can also be tricky because of how the system was structured. Integration is a bit challenging. Navigation can still be improved.

PROS: This software has many strong points and I listed some of my favorite things about it. Nutshell allows us to: (1) easily organize and track our activities, status, and achievements vis-a-vis our objectives; (2) organize data from the previous years making it easier to compare our business performances; (3) customize dashboard; (4) import and export data which can be used for mass emailing; (5) easily create new accounts/users; (6) filter customer data which allows us to check on our visitor location and traffic; (7) set-up pop-ups as daily task reminders; (8) access the platform even outside the office because of its mobile app; (9) generate leads; and (10) link the app with our emails and other social media platforms, making it easier to track communications. overall, this platform has a lot of functions, records and organizes data well which results in clear and concise reports.
CONS: I like the dashboard but I think it can still be improved further. I also hope setting quotas would be less complicated in the future.

PROS: Nutshell has provided our business visibility from day one. And thanks to their tagging and their different market features, we are able to track leads more easily. Reporting is very powerful as you can easily filter a ton of criteria to find exactly what you need.
CONS: It was unfortunate that they removed the nice auditing feature that they used to have, though I heard it will be brought back soon. I also can't put internal activiities in Nutshell because they have to be tied to a lead, contact or account. So I have to use a seperate system for that (Outlook, Wrike, etc.) Their Zapier actions are very basic. I can only create a lead or contact using Zapier. I wish I could make more changes to Nutshell using Zapier.

PROS: Nutshell makes it easy to enter data/info, allowing changes in a field with just a quick click. I also like its automataed task workflows, which it offers at no extra cost, as well as the goal-setting feature and the dashboard counter that shows progress vs. a goal tally. the iPhone app is pretty good and customer service is great.
CONS: I think it lacks social media integration and I'm not a fan of referring to potential deals as "leads"; I just think "deals" should refer to actual deals/proposals. Just a different way of looking at things. And while the user interface is fine, I prefer the more modern, bigger box look of Base and Nimble.

PROS: Finally a simple yet very effective tool to keep all of your team together. It saves me time by simply tagging my members to talk and to share information instead of haunting them. Also, the notes that others are taking are saved on their accounts too. It is excellent in organization and keeps all the appointments on the calendar. It is also amazing that it is linked to Google Suites so I can track all the email communication.
CONS: One thing that is missing is that you cannot put dates on the tasks you are working on and it is difficult to organize them.

PROS: This is simple yet effective tool that keeps all our team together. It saves lot of time because all we have to do is to tag someone for making interaction or to share information instead of searching them across the departments. It saves others’ notes on their account. This is perfect tool for organizing and keeping all appointments on the calendar. I like that it has great integration with Google Suite producsts and this means that I can easily keep track of email interactions.
CONS: I don’t like that I cannot put dates on the tasks I’m working on and it can be hard to organize them.

PROS: I was searching for a tool that is easy to use, intuitive and clean app, thankfully I’ve found Nutshell which is great tool for sales processes. It makes the sales process easy and everything is detailed. We can share tasks with our team members and when the task is done it is automatically marked as completed so we can start with the next one.
CONS: If the task is delayed then it automatically delays the date.
