What is PCRecruiter?
PCRecruiter is a popular web-based solution for staffing, HR and recruiting. The app offers a strong suite of applicant tracking tools, including configurable interview process pipelines, built-in job board posting, an integrated email client as well as an innovative Microsoft Outlook embedded option, enterprise-class search capabilities, form letters, activity tracking and scheduling, and custom reporting.
PCRecruiter also offers the Resume Inhaler to automatically convert inboxes full of resumes into complete database records, as well as a low-bandwith mobile access feature and integration with some phone systems. PCRecruiter accounts start at around $85/user per month for a basic two-year contract. This price includes access to the current version of PCRecruiter, secure storage of your individual database(s) with daily backups, as well as standard support and service. A one-time fee is assessed for initial setup and training, and will vary based on the needs of your organization.

PROS: I simply love how customizable PCRecruiter is! It's a fully featured software with ATS system with robust set of features and functionality. Their support is also notable and you can tell they are very knowledgeable and know how to handle things. The developers of this product really know the industry and came with something that is really superior.
CONS: The product requires patience to configure and learn as it is a very complicated system. But once you have mastered it, you'll definitely see why it is one of the best. I hate to have to pay for a training fee but it is all worth it.

PROS: PCRecruiter features a very attractive user interface and very robust selection of features. I have used a lot of similar applications and none can come near PCRecruiter's superior functionality. I also love the pricing as well as their support.
CONS: I wish they would roll out native mobile apps as I really see them as crucial whenever I am on the go. It is also important too for recruiting, reporting, and functionality.
