PROS: The functionality is easy to use and follow, its layout is transparented so you can easily track things you need. It is helpful tool because it helps me with tech writing aspect of my job . The navigation is in logical order and I can easily capture screenshots so I can present others how to navigate the system.
CONS: I don’t like that I have to wait for some time until I’m ready to submit a requisition and to find out if I did it right. There are some things that I cannot do with simplicity but this is more because of the structure of our company.

CONS: The tool feels complicated because of lot of features and it is no longer intuitive. We look forward to upgrade and incorporate the dashboards and I believe it will become more inuitive than it is now. Also, it takes some time of training and knowledge in order to learn how to use some basic features. Furthermore, some scheduling queries features are cumbersome and it makes high level of training in order to edit and understand them.

PROS: The program is element abundant and extremelly rich in its capacity, that's for sure. It is the first time I take functionality for granted, and trust me-I've explored every accounting software out there! For the sake of truth, I'm just scratching on 9.2, but knowing how interesting the learning curve is, I can't wait to discover everything about the program. The support team is reliable, they've done nothing but to improve the features. I'm very satisfied!
CONS: Such functionality cannot come without a proper learning procedure, and I am stressing this to tech-savvy users. You need to know your information well, and ideally to have previous experience with Oracle programs. I'll be honest and say that the program is hard, and so are the layouts that can turn work into a mess if you don't know how to use them (I'm speaking about the old version though). Still, don't let my comment discourage you, success comes with efforts and there is no reason to give up, not at all.

PROS: We've been using PS HCM for 14 years, and the Finance app for 6 years so far. What delights me the most is innovative configuration, as I never got bored from using this software. Intuitive navigation, flawless integration between modules, and managing date and time for end-users are just few of the many advantages the software has to offer.
CONS: We experienced a lack of bells and whistles for our end users, and we couldn't add such on our new features. I still wouldn't say this is an issue, because the support team took the matter in hands very reponsively, and it improved the application suite to respond to every need we had.

PROS: I like that this tool doesn’t require remembering of the codes and the newest version is much better than the older one, because the old version required memorization of codes in order to reach ultimate destination. This tool is user-friendly and I’m using it in High Education areas. We are able to see high level of student records and things like financial aid. We are able to show student holds and to promote degree completion.
CONS: The course set up is very rigid and its IT staff didn’t set up the course intitially, and what I mean by that is that if a course needs a pre-requisite of specific course or even higher it might take lot of errorn for the course to be listed into the system.

PROS: Very simple, very easy, very understandable! Suitable for more complex operations too, especially when you have to train new comers on a product the way I do. Does the work, really, I feel so relieved!
CONS: I am not a fan of complex implementation processes, and this one was harsh. Still, I was not that surprised- a company that has so many global offices was not even expected to take less than 6 months to implement such product.

PROS: I like that we can easily customize it so it can meet our needs and workflows of our organizations. This is all inclusive HR system.
CONS: In my opinion, this tool is not designed as an ATS because it offers limited service and it can be hard to customize it for recruiters, compensation, finance and etc. Also, the position creation is not as intuitive as it should be. Also, this tool is not mobile-friendly and this is huge dislike from us.

PROS: PS was a friendly platform that integrated well with our other systems, fieldglass in particular.
CONS: Processing working hours was a bit tricky, it happened to me to overlook checking boxes in order to include/exclude them. Besides, I was never sure if the procedure was succesfull, there was no pop up message to notify me on the success of any change I was making. I think there is a lot to improve when communication is concerned.

PROS: PeopleSoft is a system that incorporates all the essential business information, but not like a basic HRIS/ Payroll product. There is much more to it, such as Time and Labor Tracking, Education and Performance Management, Disciplinary section and eLearning records. Basically, it was all we needed.
CONS: I was not that impressed by the Disciplinary tracking. I mean, it was possible to create documents and everything, but pulling them into sections with specific warnings was a real nightmare.I had to do that manually every time, which means that the system was useless in some occasions.

PROS: I like that this tool is accessible online and it allows me to update my time-sheet at home. I can even track my pay stub on my phone which is extremely great. The UI is simple and straightforward. I don’t have to remember things thanks to clickable links to abbreviations for types of time used. The payroll system is user-friendly.
CONS: It doesn’t work on laptops at work so I have to wait to get home in order to update a time-sheet.

PROS: The app is perfectly integrated with other PeopleSoft releases, and encompasses every financial solution you could think of. I adore its straightforwardness, especially when it comes to reporting, but I think this is only the experience of a previous users. Others may take some serious time to learn, but that's totally OK for an app like this. Once you're on board, there will be no easier finance platform for you.
CONS: There used to be a problem with the CRM/order flow to Financials, it was only partial. I cannot say for sure whether the issue is settled, I didn't come across it for a second time. Another thing to be careful with is using the app simultaneously from different accounts-the more windows you open, the more complicated information access will become.

PROS: I am pleased to have found the best finance organizer, which tracks and evaluates employees at the same time. The thing I use it mostly for is controlling security access, approving requests, and solving employee problems.
CONS: Most of my work is done online, and their small fonts and clumsily combined colors make me struggle a lot. I definitely need a color customization tab, and a better help section to help me deal with any problem. The spinnign circle happens to be to slow when I need it the most (usually in the morning while everybody is logging in). I'm not an Internet Explorer fan either, so I would like to see the program usable for Firefox or Chrome too. Overall, I think the product needs a 'modern touch' in order to be perfect.

PROS: To be frank, I didn't care about functionality as much as I cared to discover a program whose user interface will not be spoilt by multiple bugs.I have to describe this interface as smooth and understandable, and I have nothing to complain about in this aspect.
CONS: At times, the software looks absolutely bland, and reminds of pioneer programs from the early 2000s. They should definitely improve their graphics if they want to keep users on board.

PROS: Let's say that I'm not the techie of the century, and I really need to rely on a logical HR tool. I didn't just use this one-I customized it completely to suit my needs. Now I am doing accurate quaterly reporting, and I access information easily. I am also a fan of the Favorites tab, it saves my previous operations and I don't have to look for them every time I need them.
CONS: Initial transition takes time (especially until you learn how to do data migration!), but I guess that's normal. Nothing bad to mention, for real.

PROS: I like that the reporting function is so easy to use, which could be said for the program overall. Navigation is intuitive, and there are delivered templates that save plenty of setup time. The best part is definitely the 'Favorites' tab, because it gives me single-click access to the tools I am using the most.
CONS: As easy and intuitive as it is, the UI seems a bit outdated-I'm sure there is a way to make it more visually appealing! Dashboards are good, but far from perfect, as I often get confused with vast clicks and data browsing. Still, there are more advantages than disadvantages.

PROS: Choosing PS was not wrong at all-it delivered all IT and HR functionality I expected, and it obviously influenced the productivity of our institution's professional performance. It makes us look like a flexible, talent-inspired team that uses their Talent Management Platform to attract, motivate, and retain top workers. With such insight withing our workforce, we make strategic decisions to transfer and appoint employees for particular tasks. Another good thing is simplicity of access-you keep that one when you find it!
CONS: There is nothing to dislike, maybe just the fact that the system slows down here and there. I think that happens to every program that is heaped with so much data (we have over 10.000 employees!)

PROS: I think that the capacity for drawing, slicing and manipulating data is awesome, and so is the online balancing. Using the program made me realise there is no comparable tool on the market, and I was happy to find out the dev team is constantly working on improvements. The customization is impressive too, especially due to the new features they are introducing all the time.
CONS: People I consulted prior to choosing PeopleSoft told me it is outdated, and now I think I know why: it's hard to keep pace with cobol and batch processing, and I'd really like to have a simplified payroll process, a checkbox, for instance. You may think this is not important, but following the steps in the process of a 5-page Excel document can really be a nightmare.

PROS: What I like most is that I am able to view lot of data in one place. It allows me to update my demographics, benefits and to see payroll. I can chane direct deposit, keep track of the paycheck, review and record the performance management, change my benefits, etc. And the other good thing about PeopleSoft is that it allows me to see the salary history, which is extremely important to me.
CONS: I’d like them to change the interface because it looks outdated and it is hard to navigate it. They could implement buttons instead of drop-down menus because I have to click in lot of different areas and to search around in order to find what I need.

PROS: PeopleSoft is extremely easy to use and you will need only few clicks in order to get information you are searching for. It helps us to find unapplied money and to see where the money is before it is applied for some things. It helps us to make better decision on our HR requirements and to move the money where they need.
CONS: I have to say that I don’t like the software UI because I have to open an Excel spreadsheet in order to see if there is money in suspense and the information we get through UI is difficult to read it is not intutive as it should be. Also, I’m not very familiar with customization options as well.

PROS: It allows me to record how many hours I have worked in a day, how many hours of PTO i accrued and how many hours of PTO I will have. It allows me to see compensation history, promotions, wages and other. I like to keep track of things and to see priorities. There is even an option to see past year W-2’s which is helpful option.
CONS: Sometimes it may be offline and I have to postpone some things. Also, they could include search function option so I can easily search the things I need.
