This tells reps exactly what they should be doing throughout the sales process, and it allows managers to easily visualize whether or not the sales process is being followed.

Buying center and organizations chart, gives you an instant grasp on who is influencing an opportunity, which helps to show cooperate hierarchy something that other CRM doesn't have until you buy plug in from the third parties. 2. Pipeliner view is different from other CRM, as not every client would like to see data in the way they do. 3. Reporting capability, which allows you to customize your reports, as most of the other system has really tough time giving you the power to customize report the way you want and make it easy same time. 4. Built-in report, in Pipeliner every function is well documented with a lot of resources and defined with photograph and step by step instructions and this helps to improves the effectiveness of user training 5. Sales velocity, in order to be profitable a sale must move through the sales process in a timely manner, in order to keep a clear view of your opportunities, you must know how long they are taking to close and how each sale is taking in each sales stage 6. Email integration, Pipeliner CRM includes full email integration from within the application. In the past email integration with CRM has often been problematic. But with Pipeliner virtually email integration is possible and email can be seen, respond and stored within CRM

PROS: I like the fact that the Pipeliner CRM system is interconnected and has unique features that will benefit users to work across the spectrum using unique tools. Its tools are designed to executive precise services to the users and it's features are easy to find and make use of. The idea that Sales can be improved greatly with the help of AI and also to know that Pipeliner CRM provides the framework to organize customer data effectively, revealing customer insight, and the ability to use that information to leverage customer activity.
CONS: The downsides can be consider as Pipeliner CRM should increase or arrange some individual trainings on initial basis to attract more customers in this way users would get attracted toward buying Pipeliner CRM after covering trial version. Further, it could be security and data protection issues with centralized data. Traditional CRM projects were seen as data transference projects, with an eye to utilizing information. These projects were not viewed in the proper context of basic cultural and communication change and certainly not considered from the perspective of the value proposition for users of the system.

PROS: I like the Pipeliner Voyager an intelligent feature that informs salespeople and sales managers by selecting and presenting key indicators that identify actions needed to be taken, areas that need attention as well as providing an early warning system on the health of opportunities in the pipeline.
CONS: The reporting feature in the mobile app could be same as that in desktop app

PROS: Pipeliner product is an amazing product, programmed with the user in mind, detailing how a user can move from stage to stage in its beautiful UI. Pipeliner mirrors many business needs in powering a product that is interactive. A user doesn't have to understand all the technical workings before seeing what they need to know, they can also have an instant snapshot of their sales stages, what they need to do next, and I believe this will motivate them.
CONS: data usage is very high in some applications and network stability

PROS: Integration with Gmail and Outlook mail. Integration with MS 365. With a Pipeliner CRM, you can collect data from multiple sources including social media and keep it organised in one place, so that you can use it when the need be. By providing attentive customer service, responding to requests timely and catering to the customer needs at all times, a business is able to improve levels of customer satisfaction
CONS: Training If the company is small, training issues may be a small disadvantage. Large corporations need to roll out training schedules for all their employees. For large-scale CRMs, this can mean hiring professionals to train employees in groups.
I can testify that it is quite easy and cheaper to use than other softwares for CRM.

It keeps them alert and at the same time, tension-free because it takes care of contacts and calendars too. It addresses to complex sales relationships, contacts and clients to enable you develop better client relationships. I like the social listening tool because it gives an insight to account activities. Integrations such as Office, Google Apps, Outlook, SharePoint, Dropbox and Box etc. have widened our range and given us more convenience. On top of that, the user interface is incredibly simple and even first timers can get used to it in no time.
CONS: Well it has everything I could ask for. mobile apps, offline working options, synchronization options and much more. I don't have any complaints regarding the software because it's something quite unique. Sales reps have greatly benefited from this software and no wonder they would be earning more through it.

PROS: It's the best CRM software I have used so far. It defines a process workflow like no other app. Hence it eases the work for our sales team. It seems like it has been designed b a salesperson. We are therefore widening it's use for other management operations as well.
CONS: Some functionalities such as emails and templates should be added. Calendar synchronization should be added and considering how well Pipeliner has facilitated the users, these features can be expected to appear soon.

PROS: It's been a year since I have been using Pipeliner and I must say it has been a good experience. It's a simple, clean interface which gives me more possibilities to update and look for opportunities to expand. I can monitor the most important aspect of the work flow. it helps analyze whether we are lagging behind or not. Although I don't know much about software specifications but by looking at the interface and representation, I can say that the software has been smartly designed.
CONS: There are a few tools that takes time and effort to integrate. For instance, Sharpspring and MailChimp took time for setting up. However, it's not the software I will blame about it.

PROS: We found that Pipeliner fit better to our business needs as compared to the previous CRM software. We are not direct sellers and were looking for more sales partners. With Pipeliner, we got that. It fits our budget nicely and for me the Visual sales is the best feature in this app. Multiple pipelines and customization options add more value to it. Tracking has enabled us to generate reports more effectively.
CONS: There is a requirement of Outlook integration. We need to send emails and the fact that we cannot create email template takes a lot of our time. Also, we are unable to use a percentage for price calculation.

PROS: It's an intuitive design with a clean interface. The pipeline is highly visual so we know exactly what's happening in there. It gives us better understanding of things and we can look for opportunities to strike. It's customizable and quite simple to use so it's a great package to have.
CONS: The only problem I think exists right now is that the mobile app is not updated. I think if there can be similar features to those in the desktop version it would be great. Other than that, I am happy with the software.

PROS: Pipeliner has been designed by sales people so it's fast and interactive. I think it's probably the most visual CRM available right now. It lets you focus on work and does all the other necessary jobs itself. It took me three days to download CRMS and to get their demo versions. I couldn't approve any of them until I found Pipeliner. It had everything I was looking for.
CONS: Every couple of weeks, new features are being introduced. This is why it may become saturated after a while. A lot of features can be confusing at times.
