PROS: The tool offers you real-time visibility into project workflows via Gantt, Kanban, and Calendar views. You can easily switch between them and monitor progress the way you like.

CONS: Its automation capabilities could be worked on.

PROS: ProProfs Project allows me to quickly set up project dashboards by creating tasks, assigning users, and defining due dates. I can even prioritize tasks to establish important/urgent tasks. This way, my team members know exactly what they have to work on and when.

CONS: The tool offers a handful of project reports. While these reports are insightful and save truckloads of time in collating and categorizing data, I feel it lacks some advanced metrics essential for analyzing progress.

PROS: The tool’s collaborative features such as instant messaging and task comments help discuss project roadblocks as and when required. So whether it is a delayed task or uncertainty regarding task requirements, I can instantly reach out to any team member. Moreover, its file-sharing ability makes it easy to share and discuss project files on the go.

CONS: The tool lacks good integrations with useful third-party tools.

PROS: This tool offers excellent automation capabilities that offload most of my recurring tasks as a project manager. It helps me direct my efforts towards the most critical tasks that require my attention. Also, it helps me automate the entire client billing process, which is such a relief! I no longer have to worry about creating accurate invoices every month.

CONS: Honestly, the tool has worked well for me. No complaints yet.

PROS: ProProfs allowed me to efficiently plan, organize, and schedule tasks across multiple projects. It gave me an idea of crystal clear workflow that speeded up project execution to deliver on time and within budget. Moreover, the tool offered rich insights with AI-powered reports that helped me monitor team performance on the go.

CONS: I wish the tool had a better mobile application.

PROS: This tool is one of the simplest I’ve used so far to manage my projects. It lets me schedule project tasks and subtasks in just a few clicks. It also enables me to prioritize tasks as and when required. The tool’s visualization ability allows me to track project progress in real-time, which helps me stay on top of my deadlines. Undeniably, its Gantt chart, Kanban board, and Calendar view give a complete overview of all my projects in one glance, easing project management tenfold.

CONS: I only wish they had a longer trial period. Not that it’s too short, but I feel a slightly longer trial period, of say, 30 days, would be helpful for people to judge appropriately whether the tool suits their project and team needs. As far as I’m concerned, I immediately adopted the tool’s Essential plan when my trial period ended, and I’m pleased with the decision. The tool has worked well for me.

PROS: Simplicity, smart features, and economical pricing are the best aspects of this product

CONS: I’ve found nothing problematic so far, but I would like to see ‘Assigned comment’ feature in the future

CONS: Ever since we started using the tool seven months ago, we have faced no difficulties.

CONS: It would have been great if all the key features were available in the software’s essentials plan.

They can share files, give feedback, comment on a task, and join discussions while working on projects. This entire collaborative system made this tool really helpful for us.

CONS: We have been using the product for around four months now. Honestly, we didn’t encounter any major issues with the software till now.

PROS: I was looking for a project tool that had a good kanban view and my team member asked me to look into ProProfs Project. It’s quite simple and the UI looks easy to work with.

CONS: It’s been hardly two months for us. So the team and I haven’t found anything to complain about the product.

PROS: The best aspects of this product are its Gantt charts, Calendar view, and Swift email notifications. Its simplicity and economical pricing for paid versions also stand out from other tools.

PROS: For my team and me, the best features of this product are file management, task delegation and reporting to our customers on project’s progress. They’ve made our lives really simple and deliver project deliverables on time.

CONS: Haven’t landed on one as of yet.

PROS: Software helps to schedule everything. The tasks can be allocated to multiple teams easily. It is very beneficial to avoid the confusion.

CONS: It would be difficult to point out a problem. It’s just that at times, too many time alerts can sometimes lead to chaos in the teams which are not up to date. But nothing great!
