PROS: I like how I can hop on a phone with a customer. Then offer them a link through my e-mail. Or if that's not the case, a 6-digit pin number to directly connect with them. It's really convenient to utilize.
CONS: I don't like how it can sometimes be challenging for some our customers who aren't technically in computers. They find it a bit hard in initiating a connection.

PROS: When you need instant and reliable remote connection, LogMeIn is the best choice. It is so easy and convenient to use that frontend users won’t have difficulties connecting with technical support for assistance. Even tech-giants, such as Microsoft, use LogMeIn for such purpose.
CONS: LogMeIn Rescue has a higher price tag than other options available. However, it is worth-paying, considering that it is the best option among others.

PROS: First of all, I love the Rescue Lens feature, this feature is very useful and powerful. Additionally, this tool allows technicians to do many things remotely, they can help our clients quickly and easily. I love the ability to remotely connect and reboot the computer several times, and at the same time the user doesn’t have to be in front of the computer the whole time.
CONS: It takes time to set up connection when working with technology challenged users. Also, they need to work on their Mobile Support feature.

PROS: Swift accessiblity for our clients. This makes it possible for our technicians to offer access assistance right away. Being able to reboot, acquire root access, and blackout screen for certain methods that users at base-level couldn't utilize from my terminal are fantastic! Timeout notifications are available in case I wind up being distracted with another project.
CONS: Performance is a but sluggish. I'm not at all sure if it's operating on Java like before. But it seems to still have that bloated aspects to it.

PROS: This is very useful for helping our employees who are the front-end users since it allows quick and easy remote connection. Our technicians can also hop-in instantly whenever needed. Meaning, we do not need to waste the precious time of our employees for another fixing period because we do not need to wait for more professional support.

PROS: LMI allows our clients to access assistance from our support team in a few minutes. The software allows us to reboot, have root access and even blackout screens for specific processes that base level users are not allowed to use. The tool to copy-paste from our terminal is awesome. In addition, the software provides us with timeout warning when we get sidetrack with different projects.
CONS: I’m not sure if the software runs on Java like before. I don’t like the slow performance.

PROS: I love how you get to do things differently in initiating client sessions. This can be in the form of an e-mail, hyperlink, SMS, or PIN. Each session is seamless. Things are uber easy to control and navigate regardless of the device you're using.
CONS: Nothing much really. But if I'm asked to nitpick something. Then it would have something to do with the homescreen. I don't like how the app directly opens to the homescreen with huge icons and an overwhelming number of texts.

PROS: LogMeIn software allows me to use scripts and to run programs and files immediately. Allows me to use file transfer and to get over other files. I can work on multiple computers at the same time. We can transfer sessions back and forth between members, the customers can have regular experience without worrying about session being lost.
CONS: Whenever I put a session on hold or try to end a session the software crashes without a reason. When this happens I need to reopen it and continue where I left. This is not big deal, but they need to work on this one.
