PROS: Richpanel has a single view inbox that lets me view & interact with all customer queries in one place. The tool also display detailed customer profiles next to each conversation making it easier to find context for each customer.
CONS: I would'nt say anything in particular because if I ever had an issue (no matter how big or small) the team took it up immediately & got it sorted.
