PROS: With almost a decade using this tool for our CRM needs, we can say that we have been happy. It is not only simple but also offers reliable customization for our business. It also acts as a source of ideas where we can brainstorm ideas and make decisions moving forward. For instance, we have a samples management space, within the system, for a client where we can pitch in ides and still manage our sales and leads, simultaneously. This has come as an added benefit and that is why we love Sage CRM. With its simple interface, users can learn ways to make the best use of this product without much hustle.
CONS: It is hard to come up with things that I dislike about this tool. With nearly a decade of using it, you can only think of good things and milestones it has helped you achieve. However, there is always something to talk about as no application is perfect and that is here we are at with Sage CRM. With that said, I fail to understand why they refer to activities as communications. For example, activities such as calls and emails should be termed as such instead of communications. However, Sage CRM being highly customizable, you can change them into whatever you want to suit your preferences.

When it comes to updating data in the system, Sage CRM does that automatically and this give you more time to concentrate on other productive things.
CONS: There are issues with this product that need addressing. Although it offers one of the best ways to manage your customers and leads, it has a problem with tracking sales in real time. It was slow, and thus made it difficult to track leads and sales which lead to the delay in decision making. Apart from that, it is hectic when you want to delete contacts that you no longer want. This was frustrating and tiring at times. Integration with MAS 90 was not as we expected as wanted them to work hand in hand to get the best results.

PROS: It gives you countless options on hat to do with the fields on the system and dhow you want them to appear. Different users will different preferences and needs of their business. With a tool such as Sage CRM, you may want to include unique fields based on what you are looking for and the type of your business. This also goes for your reporting needs. This product helps you achieve that with ease thanks to its customizable fields and reporting features. The fact that you can customize the fields to suit your needs or product line; we found it to be a reliable tool.
CONS: There are glitches and small issues that need addressing despite the product being seamless in term of customization. The fields look alike which can be confusing to our sales representative. Since they are trusted with the role of entering the ales information into the system, sometimes they can enter in the wrong fields, which is time consuming when it comes to correcting that error. Also, it requires training for our staff since there are new updates now and them. As a result, you have to train them whenever there is an update so that they can be acquainted with the new features introduced.

PROS: It is a reliable tool for any organization regardless of the needs. With its customization functionality, you can edit, add or delete fields or reports the way you want or according to the needs of your business. It offers a flexible platform on which it can support both mobile and desktop browsers. In short, it acts as an all access product depending on how you want to utilize it. What makes Sage CRM unique and valuable is that, it has been around for more than 2 decades but with continuous updates, it is compliant with the current industry requirements and regulations.
CONS: I have a problem with how the calendar feature is in Sage CRM. It does not offer an obvious way through which you can edit or customize the caller and manage your tasks effectively. The interface is different from other CRM interfaces, which gives us a hard time to schedule tasks and customize it with ease. However, this problem is solved by the fact that it integrates well with Office 365 and Sage’s native Exchange. With such integrations we can us their calendar features to manage tasks and schedule different activities within the system for our business needs.

PROS: What we loved the most is the customization the tool brings. It was easy to customize everything depending on what you like. This was a great deal for us as it helped us to edit or customize the system based on our company needs. The features are well laid out for us to make the best use of them. We were able to understand most of the important features contained in this product. After that, the sky was the limit for us. We became more efficient and effective in service delivery and workflow management.
CONS: The product can be tiring and has a learning curve when you want to use the advanced features. It takes time to know your way round the system features and this was evident from our staff. If you do not have the right patience with it, you will fail in terms of managing your workflow. At first, you will struggle with understanding what different features mean and how you can make the best use of them. However, once you hack everything and get used to working with its features, you will sail through with ease. It is thus complicated in a way which can be tiring but with the right amount of training and persistent, you will get there.

PROS: It has helped us to store the contacts of our clients which include the notes, addresses and phone numbers among others. With such storage we are able to create and manage marketing campaigns with ease. It also helps us to monitor the progress of those campaigns which was an advantage on our part. When it comes to understanding its CRM features, we were able to get on board quickly as it has a friendly interface. The customer support is top notch as it is highly responsive to the issues we faced while using this product.
CONS: Despite it being reliable in terms of managing customer contacts and campaigns, it had its limitations. For example, we were limited to about 5000 results in order to run reports. This was lower than what we expected or needed and the only option was to upgrade from our current version. However, it was expensive to do this due to our integration with SAP ERP system. With such a limitation and the cost of upgrade, this application is suitable for small businesses that have few reports to run, of up to 5000. Otherwise, you have to find a way to take care of the extra results without incurring huge costs. It would be nice if there were customized pricing for those who do not want to upgrade to the expensive version.

PROS: I can do just about anything while on the system. I am able to create different customer groups on the software and customize them to my liking, were different group levels can be merged into one. With such capability, you can change how the groups or layout of those groups look like with just a few steps. On top of that, it is possible to export data into excel for analysis and presentation. This feature is ideal when you want to have a closer look at a particular report or when you need a second opinion in the form of peer review from a third party. You can change the tabs and fields to suit your needs and preferences.
CONS: It is not mobile compatible which takes a lot from us. We are not getting value for it because of this. In fact, our company is opting out and switching to Salesforce due to this. Although it provides a way for one to run or process queries, doing it on the backend is not doing us any justice. Another issue is faced with this tool is that it does not provide a way to make alterations in a group, globally. It would be nice if they did so for all the groups you have created as this will make sense keeping in mind the product is highly customizable. We could try out the cloud based Sage CRM but with the reviews we have read, it might not be a good idea.

PROS: Everything from customization to when you use the product for your customer and sales needs was easy. The user experience was top notch as we could customize even the minor workflows to make our work effortless. The training bid was easy for our staff as you do not have to be a pro to get up to speed in no time. The Sage CRM was what we truly needed to improve customer relations. Our sales team was able to manage their workflows with ease as automation is key with this tool. We are able to deliver within a short period and thus reliable for our needs.
CONS: There will always be a few obstacles that will give you headaches regardless of how simple the system is. Provided it is new to your staff, they will have a hard time getting started. With age CRM, we had the same experience at start. Implementing it into our business was not a walk in the park. We had to struggle a little bit but later got everything in check. This consumed a lot of our time but the hustle was worth it at the end of the difficult experience. Despite all this, we are glad we took this road as we can see the benefits that come with it.
