PROS: Salesdoor is an amazing All-in-One CRM solution for leads Management, Marketing Management and Rx Integration for inside and outside sales team. Our pharmacy has six locations and instead of viewing data in multiple reports, with Rx integration, we can view entire data in a single place. I love that Salesdoor has all of my contacts and communication history. I have access to sales team performance reports and I can pull data in a concise and efficient manner. Campaign management helps my team send mass emails out to all contacts for marketing and to track marketing campaign activities such as open rate, landing pages, etc. The user interface is very easy and anybody can use it without prior training. We always get excellent customer support.
CONS: It would be more helpful if campaign management has better editing tool
