PROS: My favorites with Streak are its color-coded labeling of email threads and the easy viewing of dates. This allows me to categorize emails based on the nature of their content or based on where they are in the sale cycle. I also like how well it adapts with any work process once you set it. Streak also helps in the organization of your emails to fit your needs.
CONS: The commands often don't work well especially the category name modification. The same can be said with its follow-up button. While it reminds me to follow up, once I click it, it often doesn't respond so I have to refresh the webpage for it to work. In the near future, I hope this can be resolved. I also look forward to more upgrades. One that will be extremely helpful is an ability to automatically input emails of person or persons to whom I am sending emails, based on its detection of the letterhead I am writing.

PROS: The open and read rates were some features I never thought were possible. But Streak did a good job on this, as well as on its integration with G-mail and its email notification system.
CONS: They've set a limit on how many emails we could track which is quite understandable since they are a growing business but the 200 cap is way below my needs.

PROS: I'm starting to love Gmail because of Streak. I'm introduced to a more efficient way to manage my emails, especially when you receive bulks in a day. I love that it groups important emails in various categories for more organized monitoring, can send emails in packs, schedule email sending, and customize related threads depending on needs. Although it has features that I don't use as often such as the integration, overall, Streak works well for me.
CONS: At present, Gmail's setup seems to somehow limit the Streak's scope. It could improve further by making it more compatible with the Gmail interface, such as the labels and viewing of certain commands.

PROS: Its seamless integration with Gmail is the first feature that got my attention. With Streak, I don't have to transfer to another webpage just to access its features. On its functionalities, I love that I can create a to-do list, schedule the sending of emails, and set labels for emails that suit your institution's processes. And again, you can do these without straying away from Gmail.
CONS: I occasionally encounter lags or errors, in which case I have to reload the site. I think its an internal problem but I hope Streak can work with us to help resolve this.
