PROS: Compared to another similar tool that I've used before, this one is very user-friendly and I couldn't be happier with the results I got from this. Won't hesitate to use it again if needed.

CONS: I truthfully have no complaints about this tool, although I do have to say that I've only used it one time.

PROS: The response rate for Survicate is much better than competitor tools for collecting feedback. The app is easy to install and the product is explained well. The design of the widget perfectly matches our website. You can arrange when the widget appears to make it unobtrusive. It is easy to create custom targeting segments to offer a personalized service. Survicate helps us get useful feedback from our customers and visitors. If you use the data effectively, it can become a priceless asset for your company.

CONS: There are no visible drawbacks. I had trouble with a few features initially, but the customer support agents responded promptly to resolve my doubts.

PROS: One thing I appreciate about this is the flexibility it affords me when creating surveys. I can either come up with complicated and progressive surveys or send out message surveys that are simple and straightforward. With these choices, can get insight into how our customers think.

CONS: While it certainly looks better than other similar software, I have to point out that the analytics feature is basic. This is something that they can improve on in future versions.

PROS: I've only been using this tool for a year but it's been a great help when it comes to information gathering. CONS: Overall, I think this tool is great. There are a few lapses but they are ones that are similar to other software. If there's one thing to improve on, I guess they could add more interactive features in future versions?

PROS: I love the flexibility of this tool since surveys can be sent out through whatever platform you're comfortable using, whether that's Intercom, MailChimp, Salesforce, and so on. It's a great way to collect feedback from clients and customers, which our business has used to offer better experiences for our customers. I can even send it out as a link, so businesses can expect a much easier data collecting process when they use this tool.

CONS: Users get a lot more features when they sign up for the upgraded plan, and I do wish that some of those were available in the free version. Nevertheless, the free version is still a great tool even with lesser features.

PROS: I use Survicate to create surveys from which I can get feedback from our clients and visitors about their expectations and needs. Survicate helps me learn why visitors come to our website. The app allows me to target segments such as traffic parameters, time spent on our website, device used, and total visits. This helps me to accurately use the information in the sales process. I use the functionality to create new surveys based on previous answers to the surveys as well as to get customized data from integrated apps like Google Analytics.

CONS: The only drawback is I am not able to change the widget fonts. I have no problems with the rest of the features.

PROS: Survicate is easy to use, and you can create and launch a survey in minutes. Plus the vendor offers prompt and reliable 24/7 support.

CONS: The library could be further improved by adding more descriptions and information such as why should these questions be used and in which areas they should be utilized. The library seems to be a work in progress and I hope the vendor updates it in the coming months.

PROS: Survicate is easy to use and we are utilizing it to gather NPS (Net Promotor Score) information on our website. Visitors get a screen pop-up and they need to select from three choices which are detractor, passive, and promoter. They can also give their comments if they wish.

CONS: We had a few problems trying to make the pop-up engaging but not annoying to our website visitors. A support agent named Daniel helped us to get things rights by advising on how to amend the settings.

PROS: The user interface is simple and easy to use. The widget has a unique design and looks professional. Installation is fast and the API helps in integrating the app with a range of widely used solution like Google Analytics and Wordpress. I can complete the integration process in five minutes. You simply need to insert the provided Javascript code in your website to launch surveys with open ended and multiple choice questions as well as contact forms information.

CONS: The only drawback is the slow backend, all other aspects meet my expectations.

CONS: Quite frankly, there's nothing about this tool that I don't like. It's an easy way to get feedback. I can't think of a more perfect tool to use.

PROS: There are many things I love about Survicate. To start, the user experience is fantastic and the app is easy to set up. The vendor offers lots of useful features. The free account is functional and the free trial offers plenty of PRO features. The software helps get insight on the visitors to my website. It has helped me learn about my product, its price competitiveness, and also identify lost opportunities. It serves as a useful tool to capture loads by offering coupons. Plus, the customer support is prompt and responsive and resolves my issues quickly.

CONS: The tool is quite sensitive. On the website, I get a pop-up when I hit the back button. If each pop-up is recorded as an impression, it can skew the reporting. Plus, visitors may not fill the pop-up if they get it each them they use the back button. This makes it a catch 22 situation. I need to explore the app more to find the right setting as Survicate offers many ways to configure surveys.

PROS: We use the app to gather feedback on our new site. We don’t get too many visitors, so we really value the response rate we are getting with Survicate. The widgets are elegant and unobtrusive. It is easy to install the system and we used Wordpress for the installation. The app is easy to use.

CONS: I found it difficult to understand targeting, but the support agents helped me out.

PROS: The integrations are simple and help you to get first responses quickly. You can use the design options and intuitive logic to create user-friendly and smart feedback surveys. I value the high response conversions as we don’t get too much traffic on our website. The app offers me all the integrations I need.
