But it could be difficult to reach out to those who are from across the Atlantic. Weekdone keeps me and everyone updated on what each of the team members is doing. Aside from that, this platform reminds everyone of the accomplishments and goals that is yet to accomplish on a weekly basis. It’s a great thing for a fan of PPP-s or weekly personal planning like me.
CONS: Not all individuals are fond of weekly planning so sometimes I struggle to get some members of my team to use it. It would be much better if the vendor offers video tips or any content that will show the usefulness of the software.

PROS: Some tools are only good for small businesses, so you end up having to purchase another one should your business grow larger. This is why I really appreciated that it's usable for small businesses as well as large enterprises since now I can keep on using it no matter how large my business grows. I also really like its automatic tracking feature because it keeps me on top of what's happening in the company.
CONS: I think it would be a great addition to the tool if they include a feature that tracks time spent on different projects. It's a logical next step that I think users would greatly appreciate.

PROS: One thing I really appreciate about this is a tool is how it is both user-friendly and visually-pleasing. It's also great that no matter the level of te4ch-savvy the employee is at, it's been easy for them to grasp this software, especially when it comes to making weekly reports. Of course, this means a smoother business process all around for us.
CONS: So far, the biggest problem I've encountered us not with the tool itself but in getting team members to use it on a regular basis.
