PROS: I like that I can easily enter time worked and time-off request policies, this system works perfectly for my team members and other colleagues. It allows me to revise entries and to submit them to my supervisor. I can send reminders to evryone about updating their info. I often us its Palsy’s feature to go back and track past checks.
CONS: There are other features that are not as intuitive as others like benefits and messages are not simple to use them as the time-sheet.

PROS: Workday feels great, the dashboard has icons that are helpful for navigating the system like vacation time, directory, etc. We can submit time-off requests by clicking on dates. Also, it integrates perfectly with our email accounts and it provides us with notirfications and reminders directly in our inbox.
CONS: It can be really frustrating when it comes to revising or cancelling vacation, and sometimes it shows wrong details so it can be really difficult to understand what requests I’ve submitted and what I’ve corrected.

PROS: I love the time tracking and timesheet deadline notifications! The app also allows me to auto-fill the schedule of the whole team, given that we have a fixed number of hours every week. It also allows you to review the time tracked before submitting it.
CONS: There are a few times where we have to manually enter the time because there are discrepancies with the recorded time. That's why it is important to review before submitting it.

PROS: The software's interface is really simple, straightforward, and not confusing. It's so easy on the eyes, unlike other HR apps. The best part of the software for me is its time and payment tracking.
CONS: The system crashed a few times and their customer support isn't that helpful.

PROS: Workday HCM is an improvement to the old Workday platform! This is an all-in-one software where we can do every HR-related task such as training, onboarding, payroll, benefits... all you can think of, it's there! I also love the mobile app because it allows me to access the software anytime, anywhere.
CONS: It doesn't have a feature where it allows us to process the payments to our employees. We have to use other software for this. Some features are also limited to only a few users.

PROS: I love that Workday has regular updates which makes it more optimized for modern use. I love how it organizes all our HR tasks.
CONS: Given that there are many updates, some of it are confusing for non-experts and might take some time to get used to. Good thing Workday has experts that are reachable when needed.

PROS: Workday HCM is a must-have for managers. It's a user-friendly program that allows HR officers to easily manage employee information. It's so easy to create customized workflows and detailed reports because the software is intuitive and easy navigation. Workday also has an online community where users can ask for assistance which improves the overall user experience.
CONS: Handling remote employees is quite a challenge in terms of compensation and payroll because they have different terms compared to other employees.

PROS: One of the most difficult things within an organization is the communication with HR department. This system provides place where we can find information about our benefits, review my pay, read performance reviews, request days-off, personal information, update benefits and etc. The system is easy to navigate and it is straightforward.
CONS: We don’t use all options that Workday system offers. But what I don’t like is that I can only request one day off at a time and if I want to request several days off I have to request each one individually.

PROS: Workday HR software is easy to use and most of all you can easily navigate it. The UI is perfect, the layout is intuitive. I haven’t tried other competitive products and I cannot really compare Workday with other solutions.
CONS: They could add more options for customization. Also, there are features that I use constantly and I like them to be more open instead of searching or navigate to them or they could add shortcut button at least. In addition, they could add more governance over specific aspects, like job titles.

PROS: This is intuitive software, it allows us to select time-off and to correct hours simply and easily. My manager gets notifications about workday and workflow.
CONS: As a user I don’t have complaints about it. At the beginning, the system felt little confusing for me but once I learned how it worked everything became intuitive and simple. But I found that I cannot change some things when I fill something out.

PROS: I like Workday’s Interface because it is clear and simple. I can easily find what I need. I personally like the interactive org chart feature because it lets me see employee’s place withing the organization, who else works on their team. The system is simple and easy to use.

PROS: With Workday there are lot of things you can do when it comes to HR management such as: time tracking, expenses, time-off tracking and other things. It is great tool for managing everything. With this tool mileage and expense tracking are extremely easy. This software allows us to track our staff consistently and it does great job.
CONS: Sometimes UI can get frustrating and I feel that features are hidden but on the other side, the product is extremely helpful and robust. The performance Review UI can be tedios and clunky from time to time.

PROS: I like the design of Workday software. I like that I have one place with all HR data inside. I can easily find information and to present it in most understandable manner. It allows me to have all informaton at my fingertips.
CONS: It can be complicated to navigate all possible places in order to find the information and this means that I have to search for few minutes so I can find something that I need. They could improve the search engine of the software so we can easily find the information we need.
