Zen Planner Review

PROS: I like its easy login feature, most of all. Other than this, Zen Planner is pretty easy to understand. When it comes to managing members of our gym, particularly in the processing of fees, Zen Planner has made everything so much more convenient.

CONS: There are times when the app would take too long to open.

PROS: The Zen Planner has such a refreshingly simple environment. Everything is just within reach and the dashboard is functional and straightforward. I also love how the app allows me to reach out to our clients very easily.

CONS: I don’t have any complaints, except maybe that they schedule their system updates on less busy days. I’m sure they can figure this out.

PROS: ZenPlanner has one of the most helpful and very polite customer service among all the software and systems I have used for my business. Since switching to ZenPlanner, running my business has been smooth and everything is well organized. I am not yet quite familiar with the system as a whole, but I am confident that theyr customer support will guide me all the way.

CONS: There is nothing I don't like about ZenPlanner. I do like to suggest an improvement though. I wish the re-occurring clients feature functions more consistently.

PROS: Whenever I experience any issue with ZenPlanner, their customer support team take care of them within an hour or faster. They are knowledgeable, polite, and you can really sense their concern for their customers. Only a few products can say the same about their customer service.

CONS: The calendar functionality needs improving. Some features like recoccurring events for staff is also welcome.

PROS: You’d be hard-pressed to lose your way around this app. Everything is just within reach and the dashboard is straightforward. Both my workers and my clients find this app really easy to use.

CONS: You can learn your ins and outs around Zen Planner quite easily. I have nothing bad to comment on this tool.

PROS: I’ve been enjoying working with this app and based on client feedback, they think it is pretty awesome too. It has given me ample business insight through its reports as well.

CONS: I haven’t figured out a way to set up a workout schedule on the days that the gym is closed. This might just be an oversight on my part though.

PROS: Anyone—and I mean anyone—can use this app. Even those who have not been brought up to speed re latest technologies can still use Zen Planner with ease. This is how simple its layout is.

CONS: I’m not too keen on the branding colors of the app and I really need a search option to retrieve some of my data—but this is just my opinion, of course.

PROS: I use this to enroll in various classes. So far, I haven’t come across any hiccups in terms of use.

CONS: I have been experiencing intermittent app crashes. I’ve pinpointed the cause of opening expired classes. Please get this fixed soon.

PROS: I have been able to set up different users to segregate multiple facets of my life (i.e., work vs leisure), and things are working out perfectly. This is an overall great planner.

CONS: There’s nothing I don’t like about this app. It just makes my life so much easier.

PROS: Best customer service experience ever! Their agents really guide you in every step and walk you through any questions. The solutions they offer really works. Overall, they aim to please and help you achieve your goals.

CONS: There is nothing that I dislike about ZenPlanner.

PROS: It is a robust club management software that is so friendly to its users. It is very intuitive. I have no problems especially with the onboarding sessions. Even the customer support is top class. The interface is neat and everything is organized and works seamlessly.

CONS: We just recently installed it but so far, I have no complaints.

PROS: ZenPlanner is our business management software for our fitness and health club since 2010 and it has been an amazing ride so far. The tech support is great and they continue to improve their product with additional features based on our requests.

CONS: There is nothing that I don't like about ZenPlanner. I would like to suggest a photo upload functionality for our members though.

PROS: ZenPlanner is very user-friendly and tying it up to our CRM to help us with payments and attendance wasn't a hard process. I also love the fact that they listen to our suggestions and feedback and make improvements on the software based on our coments. Customer service is also prompt in providing us with useful responses and solutions.

CONS: There are certain areas where the processes are duplicative. Still, they really aim to please and make improvments to address these issues.

PROS: First, their monthly subscription options are excellent for businesses like ours that want a product that suits our needs as well as our budget. Configuring the API was also easy. But what takes the cake is their customer support. Whenever there is an issue, and they are far and few in between, their customer service provides high quality support. They are prompt, courteous, and know their stuff well.

CONS: I wish they could make the studio app available for instructors.

PROS: Their user interface is friendlier compared to other business management solutions. Dashboard is customizable, enabling me to tailor it according to my preferences and liking. ZenPlanner makes it easy for me to handle tasks that are related to my students. I even have a birthday alert set up.

CONS: I hope they work on an Android app.

PROS: The massive data storage! ZenPlanner lets us record everything and generate reports on it. If we can't, we can easily extract the data to a worksheet and simply create a more thorough repot. The automation and templates for email communication provides us with excellent flexibility. All in all, it has a wide set of functionalities and tools we need and use.

CONS: ZenPlanner has everything we need but it could use some improvements and add more features.

PROS: The customer service is really something that shines out. They are always ready to help and provide quality support whenever I need help, whether it's by phone, email, or the help desk. Their response is quick, useful, and very accurate.

CONS: The interface for appointment scheduling calendar looks like it needs a better interface.
