PROS: Out of all the CRM programs that I've used, this is easily my favorite one. It's so flexible and intuitive. Plus, I've been able to link it to my Gmail account so that I can receive notifications and updates regarding incoming communications from my clients. I recommend this to all business owners out there.
CONS: Zendesk has plenty of features in its toolbox, and I don't always use all of it. So far, the tools that I do use work perfectly fine to me so I guess I have nothing to complain about.
The least favorable review
PROS: This is probably one of the best additions to our library of programs. It keeps our sales reps organized and on top of the accounts that they manage. It also helps track the progress of our leads down the sales funnel. Managers can easily check in on sales progress too.
CONS: Takes roughly a day to fully understand, but past this learning curve, everything is smooth-sailing. There's nothing that I don't like about it.

PROS: Lead information can be easily dug up, even those who haven't been active in a year. Not to mention, Zendesk stores an impressive timeline overview for each contact so we can easily review it and connect with our leads based on our latest conversations. It also lets me know whether or not I'm successful with a lead so I can double my efforts to close the sale.
CONS: Zendesk has given us the perfect level of flexibility and support. There is nothing negative that I can say about it.

PROS: For me, the plus points of Base CRM are it offers fantastic features and an amazing mobile experience at an affordable cost.
CONS: I have no issues with the CRM software. But I would like to see iOS map integration in the "Location" part of the calendar. I can simply tap on the address to open the Maps app which would help me to find my destination easily.

PROS: I love that though Base CRM is a simple tool it also offers robust features that are continually improved. I can easily add features, users, and fields. I can log activities, make calls from the application, and record them for management and training purposes. Finally, the mobile app helps me be productive on the go.
CONS: I would like to see the following improvements: A duplicate field is created when importing and merging data. A true merge should be allowed that creates only one field. Second, I would like to change a field type after creating it. For example, if I erroneously label a numeric field as text, I should be able to change it later. The reporting feature is robust, but it should be easier to customize it. I also want to know the criteria that is used to create standard reports. When I am in a company/contact, I would like to see the title and other details of employees so that I can decide whether I need to click through to contact them. These are minor changes I would like added to an otherwise top class application.

PROS: I love the clean user interface that is simple to navigate. The iOS app is the same. Other CRMs look complicated and confusing and are difficult to use which affects adoption. But no setup was needed for Base CRM. We paid the subscription and started using the system and there was no learning curve. The email tracking and executive reporting features are top notch.
CONS: The major drawback is there is little automation. I cannot implement a followup scheme for my team so I don’t know if our sales reps are following the mandated procedures. This means I have to spend a lot of time manually looking through sales reps’ data to ensure everybody is following instructions. Some other CRMs help you to create workflows, prompts and detailed work plans for each day. This is a strong process that removes subjectivity and tells sales reps what tasks to do every day.

PROS: In my opinion, Base CRM is an excellent management app for companies that have offices in multiple locations. You can use it to manage all projects in one place and its keeps all employees in the loop about all project deals and details.
CONS: Base is a top class product overall. The only glitch is the app loads slowly on my mobile phone when I am on the road and try to access the app using the cellular network.

PROS: Zendesk Sell provides a smooth channel of communication between multiple accounts. The programming itself is very intuitive as well. I can easily mark sections in my database and leave notes in the dashboard, a benefit that I never got to enjoy before using this program. Lastly, I've never missed any of my scheduled appointments thanks to Zendesk Sell.
CONS: I really need the reports from Zendesk Sell to be beefed up. Right now, it doesn't give away information about our lead sources, nor does it let users know about their tasks. I would at least prefer it if the reports had enough information that I can just easily tweak them. Searching for a user in the database takes a while too.

PROS: One of the things that I love about Zendesk Sell is that it's easy to save and store customer and lead information to its database. Adding new offers, setting reminders and appointments, firing off email communications, and reviewing sales performance--these are just some of the things that we can do with Zendesk. Thanks to it, hand-off of tasks and clients are easy to do.
CONS: I do wish that they would add another level of security and verification process whenever contact details and notes get updated.

PROS: I love that Base CRM offers a Windows phone app. We are using Windows phone and MS Office 365 and I appreciate that the vendor supports the Windows phone application. This shows that they understand market trends and needs. We have smoothly integrated Base with the other business apps we use which has made it easy to track everything. I also like the communication features and email integration. Finally, it is fantastic that the vendor takes to care to continually evolve and improve the solution.
CONS: I have no complaints at all. The product offers many useful features and it performs all the tasks as advertised.

PROS: I simply love the amazing features and it is easy to set up contacts and follow ups. The app is much easier to use compared to other software I used before. I appreciate that the mobile version is offered free. Plus, Base CRM works smoothly with my email.
CONS: It is a drawback that the computer-based version offers more features. But I don’t have any complaints about this app as it seems to be better than other CRM systems I’ve used. Base CRM is useful as it offers what I need.

PROS: I've never been more efficient and more organized. All thanks to Zendesk Sell, I'm at the top of my game and I've managed to keep work orders and all other relevant data in perfect order.
CONS: Nothing serious, but the program can be quite clunky at times. It takes a while to load images and other minor issues that can be traced to the speed of the program.

PROS: Zendesk takes on the task of simplifying our contacts list, making it easy for us to get back to our leads and customers right away. It gives me a pretty accurate history of the previous interactions that the caller has had with the company before. This way, I can easily jump in and build from the previous conversation instead of having to go back to square 1.
CONS: Nothing immediately comes to mind. Zendesk has been really helpful and has given us plenty of freedom to explore and do our jobs the way we want to.

PROS: I love that Base CRM offers me great mobility. I can have the info I need on my desk and in my hand any time. I need to pay just $15/month and it is even cheaper to opt for the two-year package. This is a big saving for me as I was paying more than $40/month for another CRM app and it didn’t even offer an integrated calendar.
CONS: I would like to see a couple of software features included. One is the app lacks a default setting for reminders. I would like to have a 15-minute reminder for all new events as I have a Google calendar link that sends me one day and one hour reminders. The second is I would like to use a simple to-do list of general work to be completed that isn’t linked to a person or business.

PROS: I love that Base CRM’s layout is easy to navigate. I can set up my pipeline any way I want. The email integration is smooth. I can easily add leads, contacts, and deals, and add documents to each contact and deal. Finally, it is easy to customize the app for our needs.
CONS: Base CRM offers a few similar features that are unnecessary, for example, Tasks and Appointment, and Leads and Contacts. I know they are different but they create a lot of extra work for me.

PROS: This is probably the most useful program in my career in sales right now. See, I manage three different sales accounts, and it gets hard for me to draw a clear line for each. Zendesk manages to categorize each of these accounts and keeps them all in a neat order so that I don't have to waste further brain cells in doing so. Now, I can just worry about building relationships with my clients. Without it, I probably won't be as efficient and successful as I am now.
CONS: Sometimes, I accidentally complete items on my tasks list. I wish that Zendesk would add a verification step before it erases these tasks. A task map would be helpful too. This way, I can organize my to-dos in a way that makes sense to me.

PROS: I love the auto-integration between Zendesk Sell and Zendesk Support. I also find it that easy to add lead links from my Wordpress pages and other platforms. The program itself is incredibly well-designed too. I can easily access all the things I need from the dashboard and have the option to filter and organize my lists as I please.
CONS: I think Zendesk needs to strike a balance on the amount of freedom it gives to users. On the one hand, it gives us a great deal of freedom in some aspects. This level of self-governance seems to backfire, however, when in a large team setting. There has to be proper communication and paper trail for it to work. In some areas, it can be a bit too restrictive too. For example, the guidelines for sending bulk emails are not as clearcut as I need them to be.

PROS: One of the best features that Zendesk offers is its VoIP capabilities. This lets me save every message without having to bring in an external program. Zendesk has been useful to me since day 1. It adds gamification features that keep our sales team motivated to hit our quota, for example. We can oversee just about all the important details and deals in the dashboard thanks to its panoramic view.
CONS: Sure, some areas might still need improvement. One thing that immediately comes to mind is the lack of extension number in the details. I mean, this is something that we can easily search up or save it in our notes, but it would be nice if we didn't have to take the extra steps in doing so. It's been a while since the developers introduced major changes too. It would be nice to see an upgrade every once in a while.

PROS: I love how Zendesk manages to keep a record of all our previous communications with clients and leads. This way, we can follow through with tasks that we may otherwise forget about. It consolidates all information (including our notes) in one reference file too. We decided to jump from our clunky old CRM tool to Zendesk and I'm glad that our company made that call.
CONS: I do like how Zendesk removes duplicates and simply merges information into one file. However, this merging is done quite haphazardly that it just ends up confusing us. Its IOS view isn't impressive as well. One suggestion that I have is that appointments should be color-coded so we're better guided on specific dates and the urgency of each.

PROS: There are many features I love such as the simple user interface and easy linking of my email. The app is easy to customize. I appreciate the keyword tagging feature and the app asks you why you lost a deal. These are important features as they help you track the area that is giving you deals so that you can focus more on this lead generation area. For example, if you get a lot of leads from a specific networking group you can focus more effort on them. If you are not getting much leads from them, you can re-consider spending your valuable time on them.
CONS: Many CRM systems lack integration with LinkedIn. I would like to make full use of my LinkedIn account. But they have limited access to the API which means they cannot integrate with many CRM apps.

PROS: I think Base is an awesome application. We tried out Bitrix, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics, but we got what we needed only with Base. I appreciate the robust reporting, affordable VoIP costs, out of the box features, modern user interface, and minimal approach. Plus, it smoothly integrates with email. I recommend this app to all startups.
CONS: The storage space is limited and needs to be increased. We should be given the options of integrating useful features like intranet and project management even if it costs extra. To be fair, Base is a good app for sales.

PROS: I simply love Base CRM’s mobile features which are the best I have seen in all the CRMs I have used. The Google Apps integration is quite useful. Base is very easy to use. I appreciate that the vendor makes the effort to continuously implement useful new updates.
CONS: The vendor could improve the document storage and reporting features as they are good but could be made great. Plus, they should add project management features to make the CRM more compete.

PROS: I love that Base is very intuitive. The solution offers 90% of the features out of the box and you don’t have to worry about added set up. The intuitive screen design is fantastic and presents all the required info on the screen. I can control the platform with a single finger and work on it as I sip coffee.
CONS: I don’t have any gripes. I appreciate that Base takes full contact details from LinkedIn (you need to install their browser widget for this). This saves a lot of time for me and I can stay updated with my vendors, clients, and prospects via social media. I wish the CRM could also collect contact info from emails which would save me more time.
