The ability to also have ext projects our company as a bigger than what we are and that helps in cultivating trust among our clients. The software is regularly updated and we are always informed of these changes.
CONS: We can't think of anything that we dislike about Aircall. It has everything we need and updates are rolled out constantly.
The least favorable review
PROS: The ease of use and the ability to launch a new phone number with a few clicks were my reason to become a customer of Aircall. As a customer, I found out how user-friendly the Aircall applications are and that's definitely a plus. If their customer service was just as good as their applications, I might even recommend people.
CONS: I think tacitly and unilaterally changing the terms of an agreement is a sin for every self-respecting company. On my invoice of this month suddenly there was a different amount. This was $ 12.00 since March 2016, but it was suddenly raised to $ 40.00. The same amount appeared to have been debited from my credit card last month. Inquiry resulted in a story about emails in which they would have announced the change. I never received these emails, otherwise I would have taken immediate action. Fortunately, the last bill has been refunded now. I do, however, want to warn people who are considering using Aircall: price increases are made without notice.

PROS: We are able to provide a lot of international numbers that our customers can use to contact us and not spend so much time manning the service. We also love how responsive and impressive Aircall's customer support is.
CONS: We hope they roll out a native mobile app for Android. The Android has the biggest share of the smartphone market and it will definintely be a hit.

PROS: This is a highly convenient tool that is perfectly compatible with Hub Spot, and it efficiently saves and records calls and their details for reviewing. It makes physical telephones obsolete, lets us make and receive calls anytime, as well as it features a mobile app version. This helps us work even when we’re away from our desktop computers.
CONS: It fails now and then. For example, there are moments when it doesn’t save entries in the Hub Spot. It also has significant voice latency that makes me appear unresponsive to callers. This is a significant problem for me since I’m working on the helpdesk of our company.

PROS: It has a simple and convenient function. You only need to open the app, paste the number in an edit box, then make a call. It even handles international numbers and dial codes by simply selecting the right country. In addition, it automatically removes extra spaces and symbols from a set of numbers, so I do not need to manually delete them for a call to succeed.
CONS: I encounter some problems when using it with Salesforce, which is important since I use the latter for saving contact numbers. I just simply copy-paste those numbers from Salesforce to Aircall, but it doesn’t work most of the time. I suspect this is because I take some time when saving a number in Salesforce, then making Aircall log such a call.

PROS: This platform is extremely convenient to use for administrators and front-end users. It automatically reflects any changes we made in our company. Plus, it has stable communication lines with minimum to no interruptions too.
CONS: We started having problems when changing to a new customer support system. We still use phone calls, but the price rates of this platform aren’t suitable anymore.

PROS: Since working with Aircall last year, we never encountered anything that really constitutes as a problem. It totally changes the way we handle incoming calls and we are consistent with our service as evidenced by satisfied costumers at the other end. We have become reactive and able to answer questions within the same day.
CONS: There is nothing we really dislike about Aircall. That said, there are instances when a call is logged as "missed" and we don't have any idea why. I wish they could provide more details on missed calls.

PROS: Aircall is user-friendly, which translates to quick adoption and implementation for our business. The transition from Talkdesk was seamless and took less amount of time than expected. Once we got Aircall running, our agents are on a roll.
CONS: It lacks Hipchat integration but this is more of a niche need than anything else. I would welcome lots of third party integration although it already works with ZenDesk.

PROS: Aircall lets me do my thing from just about anywhere. I love how versatile the platform is that even if I am mobile, I remain productive. With Aircall, I can take calls using my mobile phone when I step out of the office. That said, I can my schedule up so I won't receive calls when I am spending time on other important matters, like eating dinner with my loved ones or late at night when I have to rest.
CONS: I used to hate how the quality of the calls drop when my internet is lagging. But Aircall has improved significantly since then.

PROS: I simply love how I don't have to register to an internet provider to get another number for our company. Everything I need is already within just one communication software. I also love that I am in total control over the rules of calls and their distribution among my colleagues.
