Ajoft HRMS is a comprehensive human resource management platform that comes with a robust set of features that includes fully automated leave management, payroll management, biometric attendance management together with employee self-service functionalities.

The HRMS is actually a part of a fully integrated enterprise system that includes modules for finances,
marketing, CMS and project management. That means HR- and payroll-related processes and requirements
are natively integrated across your organization’s operations if you also use the full Ajoft suite.

Catering to the needs and specification of small to mid-sized enterprises and organizations, Ajoft HRMS and Payroll Software streamlines HR and payroll-related processes, such as employee management, document management, analytics and reporting, asset monitoring, and more.

The leaves feature gives you flexibility to manage leaves by type or period and plot them clearly on a holiday calendar. On the other hand, the attendance tool gives you a lot of control to capturing overtime, lates, deductions, missed punches and daily calculations, among others.
