PROS: I would like to commend their chat support because they really helped us setting up the application and answered all our questions quickly. ApplicantPro is the most user-friendly application for hiring I have ever used! I am mostly assigned to posting job offers on websites and other platforms and collecting applications from these platforms. I really love how I can post a job offer on different platforms in just one click and collecting "resumes" is easier using the app.
CONS: The application is not modifiable according to the preference of the HR department of our team. But, once contacted, their support helped us personalize the application.
The least favorable review
PROS: Using ApplicantPro has improved the speed and organization of our hiring process. It is easy to use and it helps in keeping track of applicants along the hiring process. What I really like is that there is a designated page for each applicant which acts as the resume/cv and we can leave comments on the applicant's profiles so others can review it.
CONS: Opening an applicant's profile and then it opens in a new tab instead of the same tab you're currently in.

PROS: ApplicantPro lets you manage job postings according to your preference. It can post job postings on different platforms and even help you boost them according to priority or according to what platform has more traffic. Also, it adapts to your workflow by having to modify or personalize the app according to preference.
CONS: For the applicants, it seems that it is hard for them to fill out the forms and the onboarding function of the app is a little bit difficult to navigate on. For the HR, adding people involved in the hiring process is also tedious because the only people allowed to do that were the main administrator.

PROS: ApplicantPro is a great way to collate everything related to the hiring process. It makes everything from submission of applications to the onboarding process accessible, hence, helping the HR and even the managers select qualified applicants. ApplicantPro is a great value for our money.
CONS: Navigating the application is sometimes tedious especially in looking up applicants for a specific job offer. Although there is a way to see the applicants by filtering the categories in search, it would help to see them collated in one specific "folder" or "group." Also, it would be nice to see other applicants using the application to help us gather passive applicants.
