PROS: Time-saving, easier communication, user-friendly UI, everything in one place in ApplicantPro!

CONS: I wish for it to have a mobile version. We are aiming for 24-hr process time and with ApplicantPro it feels like I have to be by my desk at all times.

PROS: What I really liked about this application is the ability to take notes and comment on the performance of the applicants in every stage of the process.

CONS: Too many steps to download resumes and some formatting issues.

PROS: The app, using email, website, and text, is a helpful tool for staying connected with applicants.

CONS: It is a bit disorienting to see results for multiple job postings. They are not grouped together unless you search by the job.

PROS: Its simple design helps in navigating the application. The dashboard already takes you on a tour of the hiring process and the calendar helps us schedule interviews with applicants better than before.

CONS: Access rights and roles are a bit confusing and a little bit time consuming on our part, but overall the experience is still impeccable.

PROS: ApplicantPro lets you manage job postings according to your preference. It can post job postings on different platforms and even help you boost them according to priority or according to what platform has more traffic. Also, it adapts to your workflow by having to modify or personalize the app according to preference.

CONS: For the applicants, it seems that it is hard for them to fill out the forms and the onboarding function of the app is a little bit difficult to navigate on. For the HR, adding people involved in the hiring process is also tedious because the only people allowed to do that were the main administrator.

PROS: Three most favorite features of the application: 1) Thorough details about the applicants; 2) Detailed descriptions about applicants' progress in the hiring process, and 3) We can customize the way we communicate with applicants.

CONS: While it is an easy-to-use application, it would help to have the training to use it to be able to utilize it more.

PROS: Using ApplicantPro has improved the speed and organization of our hiring process. It is easy to use and it helps in keeping track of applicants along the hiring process. What I really like is that there is a designated page for each applicant which acts as the resume/cv and we can leave comments on the applicant's profiles so others can review it.

CONS: Opening an applicant's profile and then it opens in a new tab instead of the same tab you're currently in.

PROS: Multiple job postings have been easier thanks to ApplicantPro.

CONS: I hope to have a standardized questionnaire for applicants instead of having to input questions for each job offer.

PROS: Manage all job postings on different platforms all in one application.

CONS: None so far, this app is amazing.

PROS: Keeps records and progress of the applicants organized, easy to access information of applicants, and easy to track and comment.

CONS: There is no method for submitting recommendation letters.

PROS: ApplicantPro is a great way to collate everything related to the hiring process. It makes everything from submission of applications to the onboarding process accessible, hence, helping the HR and even the managers select qualified applicants. ApplicantPro is a great value for our money.

CONS: Navigating the application is sometimes tedious especially in looking up applicants for a specific job offer. Although there is a way to see the applicants by filtering the categories in search, it would help to see them collated in one specific "folder" or "group." Also, it would be nice to see other applicants using the application to help us gather passive applicants.

PROS: ApplicantPro has helped us in selecting applicants and filtering applicants during the process. This has helped us keep track of the applicant's progress and statistics, without many areas for human error or "backer" techniques used before when paper resumes were used.

CONS: A very good application that needs a suitable mobile version.

PROS: I would like to commend their chat support because they really helped us setting up the application and answered all our questions quickly. ApplicantPro is the most user-friendly application for hiring I have ever used! I am mostly assigned to posting job offers on websites and other platforms and collecting applications from these platforms. I really love how I can post a job offer on different platforms in just one click and collecting "resumes" is easier using the app.

CONS: The application is not modifiable according to the preference of the HR department of our team. But, once contacted, their support helped us personalize the application.
