Contriber can be used to effectively manage any number of projects or teams. Project managers can have dedicated workspaces for the different projects and/or teams they are overseeing. Viewing the different workspaces using the Left-Menu bar is quick and easy. Add a Task collection flow to each workspace, and managers are able to quickly see what tasks team members are working on and the anticipated completion dates.

Teamwork tools are housed within the flows on a workspace. These tools can be thought of as feedback tools since they allow team members to give their thoughts/opinions/feelings about any important issue or idea. The person who employs one of these tools, ends up with structured feedback about the issue or idea. Of course, there are shared inboxes that teams can use, but they are not always the easiest to use or, may be ‘too much’ for their purposes. This is where the tool’s Email integration comes into place.
In Contriber, email accounts are integrated into specific flows. This means that teams can use the tool’s workspaces to collaboratively address project-related emails or, emails concerning sales, customer support, or hiring. For example, a team can add a flow to a workspace that will deal exclusively with customer support using for example, a support@yourcompany.com email account. Team members using this specific flow can group-chat about any incoming email messages before sending a reply back to the customer. It’s sort of like having a shared inbox on your workspace, but without all the hassle. What’s also nice is that tasks can be assigned right inside the flow if this is needed.

Another issue that some businesses have is how to effectively communicate with other companies. This is where Contriber’s ‘Multi-workspace’ support feature comes into play.
In Contriber, a flow can be shared by two or more different businesses. This feature is known as “multi-workspace” support. In other words, if company A and company B both have Contriber user accounts and thus company workspaces, then they can share a flow so that they can collaborate with one another. Remember, inside a flow, there is group-chat, task assignment, file sharing, and more. So, this specific flow will appear on each of the businesses’ unique workspaces.
