CONS: I can't seem to think of any problem at te moment.

PROS: Best aspects would include cost savings on the development side as now you don't have to write the code nor you have to go back and do it again every 3 months when Facebook changes its API. You get that from EmbedReviews and is as easy as it would be using simple copy/paste function. Other cool features include the amazing level of customization you can use as well as the superb customer support available 24/7.
CONS: It would be nice if we had support in more local languages. We are based in Japan and having a platform with Japanese language support would make the transition for some of our employees that lack English language skills, much easier.
