PROS: The aspect that interested me the most was the motivation strategy which boosts the mentality of employees and allows them a relationship of sharing information and a spirit of creativity. he does not feel self-conscious about the work and it seems even more like a zone of comfort and conviviality
CONS: this platform is a real entertainment and support tool, no employees are full and we have not encountered any user errors
