PROS: The best part about ESPO is that you can make it fit your needs. Of you don't like something, you can completely change the way it works. You want a special field in your data? Easy to do! Want a special set of data not problem. Then there is the ability to have endless amounts of custom portals for customer and partners. Just a very powerful system, oh and the base system is free.
CONS: The documentation is sometimes not there and the community support is small. If you get stuck it can take a while to get an answer. If you get he Advanced Pack ($344) then you get better support.
