PROS: GoldMine is simply a robust and very feature rich CRM platform that comes with basic features such as Contact Management, Calendaring, and as an E-mail Client. For those who want to get more out of the software, it offers advanced tools like: Record Typing; Organizational Management; Automated Processes; Synchronization; and Case Management among others.

CONS: A lot of people felt that FrontRange left the Mom & Pop organizations when they stopped using, as did Microsoft, the dBase Database Engine and opted for the SQL Server Database Engine. The change naturally increased the expenses for the end user as SQL Server was now included in the GoldMine package.

PROS: GoldMine is a very cost effective software that is ideal for companies that are just starting out compared to other popular cloud-based CRMs. With the low cost to start out, one can easily realize significant retursn as it can be installed, trained, and implemented in just a day, making it a must have for small businesses.

CONS: While it is an awesome software, it lacks mobility. Many businesses are now moving forward because they use applications that can be accessed from the phone. GoldMine may have add-ons but they come at an extra cost.

PROS: GoldMine automatically files all communications we have with our contacts. With the history so easily accessible, we don't have to sort through our company records to spot a certain email by a certain individual. This also means we can focus on true team selling. Sales management people are always aware of the progress of every transaction.

CONS: The platform doesn't have that time tracking functionality where we can see how long has it been since our last contact with our clients.

PROS: I am saving a lot of money by choosing to invest in this CRM platform because of its features that help me run the business the way I want it. No need for me to invest in multiple software to take charge of sales, reporting, marketing, and even customer service. All of these features are made readily available in GoldMine. Plus, it comes with a vast storage space that can accommodate all of your sensitive records and data without worrying about security issues.

CONS: There are some minor issues that we have encountered, but we can overcome these challenges by calling customer service. Creating a unique email address for employees is required and quite tricky to complete, but we could manage it.

PROS: GoldMine is an ideal app that students should install on their phones and computers. It gives us access to our school records from existing loans, payment status, schedules, and availability of online courses at our University. I am a working student, and I rely on my Financial Aid to help me get through with my education. GoldMine makes all of these possibilities for me and many other students who are continually struggling to finish their studies and pay their loans on time. Should there be a need for me to access or request school records such as transcripts or certifications, I can do this using GoldMine. I can say that using this platform helped me manage my school work even better despite my hectic schedule.

CONS: I have observed that the app crashes from time to time, which needs to be fixed. This usually happens when updates are made available, which should not be the case at all.

PROS: I can use the platform anywhere I go and still monitor what’s happening with my business 24/7. Its ease of use and convenience is what draws me most about this product. My employees love it because it makes them more efficient at the workplace. Also, I would like to commend their CS team and thank them for their continuous support.

CONS: I’ve got nothing negative to say about Goldmine. I am glad that I decided to use Goldmine because my employees and I are satisfied with this CRM platform. Everything is smooth sailing on our end, plus it can easily be integrated with our pre-existing apps.

PROS: I’ve been using Goldmine for quite some time already, and I can say that this is one of the most reliable CRM tools that I’ve worked with. Technically I am in charge of handling several trade accounts for the corporation, so I need to keep things well organized, safe, and secured. For me, Goldmine does the job effectively.

CONS: If you are a beginner, you might have some issues with its user interface because it looks outdated. The developer behind Goldmine should look into updating the platform's look and features to make it more marketable.

PROS: Goldmine is essential to the success of our organization. Since 1996, GoldMine has been a part of our small business. Just a single locale with less than 20 employees. It has been a huge help in every aspect of our business, sales, management, marketing, and purhasing. It gives us one place where we can put all our information and access them later.

CONS: There are features that I want GoldMine to have in the future, including a Dashboard creation tool and deleting items from the Universal Search results.

PROS: We definitely love Goldmine's integration with HubSpot, which enables our sales teams to receive their respective prospects and offers them with tons of information about these prospects prior to initiating contact with them. Our dedicated GoldMine expert, John Neighbors, is awesome. He is there when we need him, especially when we needed help with the HubSpot integration, updates & customizations, and troubleshooting.

CONS: I wish GoldMine and Dymo would partner up again as it really helped us with label-related processes. Currently, we are using an old version of Dymo which is still a huge boost to our operations.

PROS: GoldMine is a straightforward, user-friendly tool that is also easy to manage. It has helped our sales staff achieve significant milestones and hit targets. With GoldMine, our sales teams are constantly making updates and following appointments and taking notes of their conversations with our clients. It is an awesome application that is so simple to implement and runs smoothly on SQL Servers.

PROS: Goldmine is a must have for companies that are interested in a user-friendly software capable of maintaining strong client relationships, even in large organizations, or organizations that have a high turnover rate. The platform boasts of a user-friendly interface. The response time is phenonemal. I also love the ability to make both groups on the fly, as well as segmenting contact information based upon one or multiple criteria.

CONS: I would have loved it if GoldMine was more of a cloud-based application with native mobile apps. While there are third party apps that I can get to make GoldMine perform extensively, they can be a pain to work with.

PROS: GoldMine is definitely user friendly and I love to use it more than Salesforce. The software is feature ruch and robust unlike other CRM systems today. We have been using it for over a decade and I can say it's a lot better than Telemagic and Maximizer, which we have used before.

CONS: The email feature has bugs that really affects its operation. It can be irritating but other than that, GoldMine is a great system to work with.

PROS: GoldMine makes creating new fields for customization easy. It is crucuial that I have the correct fields to help streamline my work processes. The learning curve isn't long and steep. I find it easy to train new sales people and it doesn't take long before they master the software and run with it.

CONS: If I have to nitpick, it would be that the field name "Fax" is now braned "Mobile" on additional contacts. If you exchange an additional contact with the primary, the mobile number moves to the "Fax" field. This can be very confusing to say the least.

PROS: Goldmine is a very rich application that enables us to monitor every client movements and updates in history file. We greatly benefitted from The ability to see all emails between us and the client, as we always have the correct information to guide our decisions and actions.

CONS: There is nothing wrong with the product. Rather, I dislike the inability to acquire support for less than a 5-user license. Our company only has 3 staff and we need to purcahse a 5-user license so we can fully enjoy full support from GoldMine.
