PROS: It is easy to use and the free trial was all I needed to know it was the right tool for our business. We've used it for over a year now and we find it intuitive, cost effective and the customer support is great.
CONS: The mobile app is a bit busy and not as easy to navigate as the desk top version. But I've noticed they've improved aspects of the mobile app recently.
