HyperSwiss Review

Scenario 1: NextPharma is a pharmaceutical start-up company developing an innovative cancer drug. They are in the clinical research early phase and they have a lot of Contract Research Organization (CRO) firms helping them in the process. Their small internal team of people is managing a lot of information they are receiving from external partners and field doctors applying their drug to the patients. In the beginning, they did entire communication through the emails, but soon a number of emails became so big that they were lost in the process. They were spending too much time in update meetings as well because management was not in a position to see what is going on without asking people on the meetings. When NextPharma started using HyperSwiss they included all the stakeholders in the appropriate projects and starting communicating to each other through the tasks in the Kanban workflow. They managed to cut down the number of emails for 90% and there are no more problems with lost or unanswered emails. The entire management team is using HyperSwiss for planning purposes and progress tracking which changed meeting frequency from daily to weekly and in many cases to monthly meetings.

Scenario 2: Software company Interactive Info is a provider of the market data with many clients in the banking industry. They have development teams and clients spread across continents in different time zones and project related communication between the teams was mainly done by exchanging Word documents and discussing project steps in phone conference calls. They were losing a lot of time in coordination because teams worked in different hours and clients were not responding in time so many projects were late and wrongly implemented. They started to use HyperSwiss to organize their development teams at first, but soon they introduced the clients as well so they can synchronise project activities with them through the tasks and agile phase planning. As soon as they sign a contract for the project with the client, they create a project in HyperSwiss, define workflows for information exchange with clients during the project and start creating tasks necessary for project accomplishments. In every moment clients can follow what is happening in the projects and they can early recognize if there is a bottleneck in the process, so projects are not late anymore. Developers are also organized through the projects and company managers can easily track progress in every team regardless of their location.

Scenario 3: HGEstate is a large real estate company based in the Bahamas. They have offices in all major islands of the country with the database containing thousands of listings for sale or rent. Normally in their work, they have sales phases that each listing needs to pass before it is sold. They started to use HyperSwiss Kanban board to replicate all the phases as board columns. Whenever status of some listing changes, they move that listing into the appropriate column. Before this they never had an overview of the progress of the listings that they have in the pipe. Especially useful for them is the filtering by agents, so they can follow how each agent performs and if there are people that need some help from senior colleagues.
