PROS: Amazingly customizable Kanban board. Every project could have custom workflow defined. We were able to quickly onboard all employees and customers. Projects could be public or private. Different projects could be shared between with the different team members. The software is very fast and technical support is very responsive and friendly.
CONS: No particular problems so far. It would be good to have a mobile app.
