PROS: They have superb customer service. They answer every inquiry. JazzHR also provides webinars that you can attend to learn more about the software. Aside from this, it provides a great user experience.
CONS: Job boards should provide better deals when it comes to advertising jobs. We want to be able to reach more people at a lower cost. It also be better if the inbox is removed so we don't get double messages anymore.

CONS: Customized statuses should be updated. There are also times when a status is assigned to the wrong person.

CONS: If a candidate applies for more than one position we have to manually merge their files. Setting a specific type for each job can also be time consuming.

PROS: It is easy to find the information you need. I can also make tasks that I can use to keep myself on track. There's also a feature where you can make interview templates. This helps me ask uniform questions to all applicants applying for the same position.
CONS: The reports are very limited, especially if you have the basic package. There's also a charge with texting candidates.

PROS: The dashboard and workflows are easy to use. It allows us to keep track of different job boards. It also integrates easily with our website and other platforms. They also provide great support for our team. They are very accomodating.
CONS: You can only send assessments if you do it in the job workflow. I think it'd be easier if we can do it in a templated workflow. Its integration with LinkedIn is also a bit hard.

PROS: It helped our overall recruitment process. It allows us to customize the process according to the needs of our organization. It doesn't limit you into a single workflow. This makes it easy for us to integrate our process into the system. A feature where you can filter applicants according to their status is also very useful as it helps us to focus on the candidates that needs to be processed.
CONS: It'd be useful if there's a vote button for applicants so we'll know which ones are being favored and we don't have to look at every application. It'd also be helpful if all people involve in the hiring process receives an email whenever an applicant completes a questionnaire or a portion of the process. Lastly, a notification if there's an application that hasn't been proccessed will be appreciated.
