PROS: I like that the UI is simple enough for me to set up and navigate through on my own. I get to engage our customers in real-time and sell items a lot more quickly. The design is flexible because it works on various OS, browsers and mobile devices. My marketing strategy is leveled up -- my CTAs are timely and I message everyone proactively.

CONS: No complaints since I started with JivoChat. I'm very satisfied with the service it provides.

PROS: I like that for its affordable price, we're able to efficiently establish customer relations by directly communicating with the client via live chat. It's user-friendly, with an elegant design and it's custom-ready. The engagement between our team and our clients are fluid, so we've been receiving much better feedback since setting it up.

CONS: We haven't experienced any issues with JivoChat so far. If we ever do encounter it in the future, we'll be open to sending constructive feedback to help further improve the project.

PROS: We're able to communicate with our customers and track the site and history of visits to our website. We're able to set up and configure JivoChat easily. It looks modern and yet so simple to use to ensure quality conversations. Regardless of location or language, we're always accessible to our customers with JivoChat.

CONS: JivoChat is as good as it promises, so we have no complaints. There are instances of little errors due to updates being made on the platform, and then it runs smoothly again.

PROS: Our communication with our customers has greatly improved because we can talk in real-time. We're able to provide assistance and answer any inquiries through chat, mobile messages, or regular calls. It's user-friendly and so easy to set up. The CMS also has a simple UI and we can use another similar CMS.

PROS: I like that Jivo is a one-stop-shop for all my CRM needs. It's like it's gathered all the features from other platforms to implement on its own system. Regardless of how complex your needs are and your knowledge of coding, I think JivoChat will be perfect for you. The set up is easy too, so for a startup like mine, it was a good experience for us to be up and running with all necessary integrations needed in record time so we can know more about our clients and service them according to what they need.

CONS: It would be great if JivoChat could assign just one customer service agent to us, instead of several. It's great to establish rapport and easier to communicate our issues with the person who already had prior knowledge about our issues, instead of repeating it again and again to different agents.
