PROS: Support is fast, usually get a response within a few minutes at any time of day. They got our numbers ported from Aircall quickly, when their competitor Cloudtalk wasted a month and wouldn't port our numbers. Call quality is great, voicemails get sent to email and price is very cheap compared to Aircall and others. I thought maybe call quality and support would be bad due to how low their pricing is, but actually both are better than Aircall at a fraction of the price.
CONS: I like Aircall's UI more on their website and App, its more refined and shiny.

PROS: The call quality is awesome, I love that it keeps track of previous conversations as well. Customer support is the highlight though. In the past I've tried dealing with the support teams at Skype and Zoom Phone and it's a disaster. It was so refreshing to talk to Suraj in the JustTalk support team. He went above and beyond what a typical support agent would do, and I walked away from the call thinking 'wow, what an awesome guy.' If management is reading this - you have a star here!

PROS: This is pretty much a straightforward app. It's user-friendly, affordable, and highly functional. I love that I get to integrate it with other productivity apps such as Slack. Their customer support is top-notch! Never hesitated to help us with all our concerns.
CONS: The only problem I encountered with this is when my phone updated to iOS 13. There was some moment where it's not fully functioning because of the update, but it was resolved immediately. Thanks to the customer care team!

PROS: JustCall has a great user interface! It records calls, and can support MMS! I also love the integration with multiple productivity apps, however, what I like the most about JustCall is their top-notch customer support! They easily troubleshoot any issues promptly.
CONS: I'd appreciate seeing the improvement in the mobile app. Perhaps making it more intuitive by allowing users to search messages by contact name.

PROS: I love this app because we can easily call anyone and it automatically records and log the call. It can be easily seen in the Pipedrive. It's also integrated with Google Calendar so it automatically logs any appointment made to the calendar. It definitely made us more efficient.

PROS: JustCall's tech support is very accommodating because they worked on our requests promptly. We asked for API integrations and an auto-dialers integration with our CRM, and they went on to do it without hesitation. I love how flexible this app and its services are!
CONS: JustCall only uses upstream providers. Getting specific numbers would take time.
