PROS: I love that NinjaRMM goes the extra mile to provide superior support to its users. Good support is very important if you belong to a service industry—and that’s what I receive from this tool. I also appreciate that diagnosing and solving system issues are faster with TeamViewer’s integration.

CONS: You have to pay close attention to every step you’re taking when exploring the platform, or else you’ll end up messing up with it.

PROS: Easy-to-use interface and dependable customer support. I also love the integrated BitDefender tool that allows easy inspection of hardware’s health, stability, and security from the central display. This capability doesn’t require me to generate a large amount of data to get to the action I need.

CONS: There are two things that I don’t like about this tool. First is the lack of the option to delete Windows updates from different devices. Having a built-in function for this action would definitely save users a lot of time. Second is the TeamViewer integration, which was later fixed by Splashtop migration.

PROS: NinjaRMM possesses fantastic remote capabilities without disrupting us and our clients. I like that it comes with good reporting functionality and customization options. The tool is easy to use, with an easy-to-understand interface, good customer support, and great design.

CONS: Here are the things I don’t like about this tool: no support for Linux users (but they said they’ll work on this in the coming updates) no deployment tool, and no installation support for some major products, such as MS Office (although they’ve integrated some products that are very useful).

PROS: What I love most about this tool is that it recognizes its users as a big part of its success. It has a friendly and responsive customer service that helps us address our and our customer’s needs. They are always ready to help and provide suggestions to bridge the gap between us and our clients. Additionally, the webinars the offer is pretty amazing, offering new ideas that we can use for continuous growth.

CONS: From my personal point-of-view and experience of using this tool, I can say that it’s better to use Notes for other purposes than relying on something that’s integrated into the system.

PROS: I am glad I found NinjaRMM, and it’s really helpful, especially that people have to work from due to the COVID-19 crisis. It is a cloud-hosted software, which allows patching much easier and convenient for my remote team. Our life couldn’t be this easier without this tool.

CONS: Not actually a biggie, but I just noticed some common features included in the software. However, that’s not going to affect the tool’s overall performance.

PROS: I like that I can seamlessly add devices, and the tool comes with robust reporting. I also appreciate the SMS notifications after setting up NinjaRMM.

CONS: I wish I could add all the devices I used on the pricing model I have chosen. Also, it would be great of the notifications can be customized according to users’ preferences.

PROS: The tool is very dependable when it comes to monitoring and management. The patching functionality works incredibly great. I also love the consistent updates and the new features it brings in every update. Pricing is even competitive—you can satisfyingly get what you paid for.

CONS: Pulling out data from the tool’s interface sometimes takes much time. I am having a hard time viewing all system’s statuses in a single display.

PROS: NinjaRMM comes with a number of powerful features. It’s easy to use, and every feature that comes with it really works (unlike the other RMM tools I’ve used before that highlight some functionalities that do nothing). Setting it up only takes a few hours. It comes with search functionality within the system that allows easy searching, and it saves me time. I also appreciate the support team in quickly responding and solving issues we encounter.

CONS: I wish the network device monitoring is managed on the web consoled instead of on the device with an NMS agent. Also, it lacks features found on other popular RMM tools. I also hope they add NinjaPSA in the future release.

PROS: NinjaRMM is far better compared to other tools we’ve used before. With it, we’re able to manage and patch all devices and sites easily. Setting it is easy and quick as well. The constant updates always provide new improvements to the system, and the customer support is very helpful to our team. I also love the fact that I can use the tool on my phone, where I patch and receive notifications when something needs our attention. I know this tool will release something big in the future to improve user experience.

CONS: Overall, I love the experience with NinjaRMM. I just have some requests that I want them to implement in the future release, like additional functionality for our ticketing system.

PROS: NinjaRMM’s user interface is easy to understand, and all the information you need can be found in one place. One of the best parts about this tool is the integration with TeamViewer, which allows remote connections among our staff and makes us feel we have our own TeamViewer software. I can say that it's better compared to other tools, like Pulseway and ConnectWise.

CONS: There are only a few theme options available!

PROS: I love that NinjaRMM is equipped with third-party patching functionality and other helpful tools, unlike the other software I used in the past. Setting up NinjaRMM is fast and no problem at all, taking us only a few hours to finish it. Before we use this platform, we also noticed that our clients don’t receive constant updates, which they now enjoy when we switched to NinjaRMM. Also, our old RMM doesn’t patch Java, and it’s a major concern when it comes to security. Everything we missed on the old RMM is now here on Ninja, including reasonable pricing models.

CONS: I don’t like the old interface, but good thing is fixed by new updates. Also, we’re having a little issue with the workflow, but again, it is addressed by the Ninja team over time. We now love how easy and quick it solves problems, and our clients love the convenience of opening tickets directly from the taskbar.

PROS: NinjaRMM provides huge help since the lockdown up to now. I am using it to support clients' checks, implement patches, and provide remote support with the help of the integrated software called Splashtop. I also appreciate Ninja’s support team for its fast response and solutions when we have trouble or concerns. Additionally, I love the constant updates as they add new features that are of great use. It is cloud-based, so there’s no need for us to install desktop apps or anything.

CONS: Ninja includes several third-party tools for pushing out software, but I think they missed adding support for the installation of major products like MS Office. Also, they don’t have support for Linux but recently mentioned to add it in the future updates.

PROS: NinjaRMM is has a user-friendly, easy-to-use interface and variety of helpful functionalities. Managing updates is simple, and accessing customer is easy as well. Reports are easy-to-understand and brief. Additionally, customer support never fails to give us a positive experience. They are responsive when we encounter issues and always ready to solve them. We are more than happy to use this tool.

CONS: In some cases, I am having trouble with the interface when pulling out data. It crashes and needs some reloads. Splashtop, which is integrated with the tool, also encounters errors. I think Splashtop only tries to convince users to purchase their product instead of doing what it should do on RMM platforms.
