Getting-Things-Done Approach 

OnePageCRM enables you and your salespeople to apply the GTD or Getting Things Done work approach to your sales processes and activities. You can come up with a color-coded list of tasks or actions for your contacts, including prospects, customers, and suppliers. These actions must be done one at a time based on priority and schedule. The CRM software prompts you to decide on the right action to be made next once the previous action is completed.

Thus, you’ll determine what subsequent actions should be performed to properly and seamlessly convert leads, engage and retain customers and suppliers, and win and close deals. This allows you to focus on more important tasks at the moment without being distracted, overwhelmed, or stressed by unnecessary or less urgent ones. PROS: Fantastic customer service. Starting the service is surprisingly simple. It's also user-friendly. It comes with a crispy clean UI.

CONS: While it's simple enough to explore, it'd be nice to bolster the robustness of its mobile app. The app can't interact with any incoming e-mails, texts, or calls. It'd be a treat to not refreshing things manually. An option should be given to get the app running offline.

PROS: It's a fantastic CRM for a small company. Their Chrome plugin is great. It aids in letting you add contacts while you're surfing over the internet. It also makes it simple in delegating tasks and other workflow managements.

CONS: I'm hoping it would involve sending a single e-mail when the assigned tasks are sent to you. At times, I'm able to receive several. Having one at the start of each day is actually ok with me. Right now, I'm starting to wonder if there's anothe means of getting this updated.

PROS: UI is nice to look at. Information being displayed is right up front and center. It's actually showcased in such a way that it makes complete sense for anyone to follow. The primary area of concentration is the Action Stream since it provides a way in showcasing simple to-dos without making things messy.

CONS: It's a bit of a challenge to get used to only being allowed to have a single action step when it comes for a contract. You can set queued items. Thing is, they won't be activated until the main action is through. What's more, you can't actually "finish" a task that's been queued since there's a lack of check box for other tasks associated to it that's not the primary action task.

PROS: OnePageCRM entails you to concentrate on what happens next. It won't matter even if it's small. Even the smallest of all steps are critical. It's a software that's both easy to utilize and powerful enough to make a difference.

CONS: An import option for Microsoft Outlook is available. Soon more additions will be made. So it's essential have both the Outlook and its new features to be added together. I found out that you can include it in OnePage and doing a single mouse click in acquiring a V-Card for seamlessly integration to Outlook.

PROS: Addine customers into OnePage is quite quick and simple. The software enables me to enter tons of useful information and details. Employees who have access to the software can be instantly notified of changes, updates, and interactions on current deals, providing them with useful data without being repetitive.

CONS: I just don't like that there are many blackout dates n the system. I think they should cut on webinars when they send us emails about the same subject.

PROS: I like being able to concentrate on what needs to be done next. I'm going through my checklist on a daily basis. I get to advance every item that's to be done on that day. I love the addition of widget tracking.

CONS: I was hoping I could utilize teleconferencing features aside from Skype in tracking my calls. I'm using Google Voice at the moment. I'm hoping a plug into such program can be made.

PROS: Managing my sales forecast is a breeze! OnePage CRM also allows me to set my schedules properly. The software is quite useful on bidding jobs with corporations plus the communications tools let me communicate with my leads and clients through many channels.

CONS: It can be quite confusing at first. Takes a while before become fully acquainted with the system.

PROS: The simplicity and effectiveness of the workflow is what I really love about OnePage. I can easilyt think through the steps I need to perform with each contact. I believe the workflow is modeled after David Allen's Getting Things Done principles, which requires you to analyze things way ahead of time and deconstruct subsequent actions to its barest forms.

CONS: OnePage can take a while to load sometimes. Also, the API is not well designed and written.
