What is PDFLiner?

PDFLiner is a web-based document management platform that permits users to create, edit, share, and collaborate on essential business documents online from anywhere and at anytime using any device. It provides companies, organizations, teams, business owners, freelancers, and professionals across various industries with an efficient, secure, and affordable way to handle commonly used PDF files and forms.

PDFLiner enables you to quickly generate PDF documents that contain fillable, editable, and reusable data fields. You can do this by uploading or dragging and dropping documents from your device, pasting or entering URLs of documents found on the Internet, or using some of PDFLiner’s pre-built PDF templates and forms.

You’ll edit the PDF documents and their specific pages, contents, and information with greater convenience, flexibility, and creativity wherever you are. The platform allows you to modify the order of pages in your documents, write and customize notes and texts, and insert data fields, drawings, images, shapes, watermarks, and electronic signatures into the documents.

It’s possible to convert, download, store, and print your PDF documents in different image file formats, like JPEG and JPG. Plus, you can secure your documents with passwords. You can also share them with employees, customers, and partners through emails or custom links.

It offers you a wide range of common forms, including those introduced by the IRS and more, and it makes completing them a breeze. My favorite part is how you can switch between the fields with your keyboard. Saves a lot of time.

CONS: More forms! I mean, it does have a lot of those, but you just can’t have enough form templates. They say they are still working on it, and you can upload or link the form you need anyway, so it’s not a big deal.

PROS: The interface is so easy to navigate that it takes almost zero time to learn. I also like the draw and e-sign features

CONS: I would like it to be a little faster with larger images. Although it may be my computer's fault; the device is quite old. I expect this to be more efficient on a new computer.
