PROS: QB Tech completely misrepresented to me that they were Intuit and that I didn't have any other options but to by their service contract.
CONS: Somehow QB Tech figured out that I was having issues with Quickbooks. They called me and represented themselves as being Intuit/Quickbook. Which after researching what happened to me and talking to Intuit Support, I discovered they are not Intuit. They indicated that the only way to solve the problem was to pay them an crazy amount for a service contract. They said this was the only way to get the problem fixed. After speaking with Intuit, I learned that this was a totally false statement by their representative. Based on my experience, if you have a QB problem. Contact QB/Intuit first and let them solve your problem. QB may charge you a small fee, but it won't be the $699.00 QB Tech wants for you to buy a 1 year service contract.

PROS: My experience with QB Techs was unlike many of the QuickBooks Support calls I've had to make in the past to get my QB queries resolved. I expected to be on phone for at least 30 mins before the problem gets resolved , however as I dropped a message with QB techs, their technical advisor (Allen) got back in almost no time. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a matter of minutes. Had a good experience using their support

PROS: The best thing with QB Techs is that you have the best pool of accounting professionals and bookkeepers at your disposal. The are responsive and takes care of your assignment on priority basis.
