RepairShopr is an all-in-one CRM software designed for repair shops; and it consolidates marketing, point of sale, invoicing and estimating, and ticketing systems into a very comprehensive CRM platform. Described as a fast, responsive, and robust CRM software; RepairShopr is used by all types of repair shops and field service businesses. These repair shops and services include computer, cell phone, watch, jewelry automotive, electronics, electrical  musical instruments, scuba, bike, drone, shoe, HVAC, and MSP/IT.

Overview of RepairShopr Benefits

The ticketing system is regarded as the heart and soul of any repair shops. On this premise, RepairShopr provides a ticketing system that enables users to track their tickets and to keep their customers updated on the status of a repair work. This system ensures that the technician or staff will never miss out any important parts of a repair workflow.

The ticketing system of RepairShopr provides Ticket Progress Bars, which indicate what have been accomplished so  far for an open ticket. As an example, when there is a ticket created for a computer hardware repair and diagnosis has already been made; the Ticket Progress Bar for Diagnostic will turn to green, indicating that the diagnosis is completed.

The customer will be updated with the aid of notes/comments on diagnosis  saved in the ticket. Once the customer approves the recommended repair work plus its charges and fees, the technician then can start the work. When the work is done, the technician will send an invoice to the customer and, eventually,  the ticket will be closed as resolved .

Another feature of RepairShopr is its marketing functionality. The CRM software, as mentioned earlier, integrates a marketing system into its platform. This allows users to create campaigns, which content can be customized by the users themselves. Technicians will be able to send quick follow-up notes to customers, reminding them to keep in touch if issues will arise. Users can also create lists of customers, which they can target for sales and promotions.

RepairShopr also features a website management capability. It enables users to deploy wizards to their own website, which capture information related to  a customer’s  issue, such as the type of device he or she is using. Tickets can also be created right from their own website.

PROS: This product is a great starter product for an upstart IT services company. I would say it's more geared for a break/fix shop, but it does has some MSP functionality. The price is reasonable and is a flat-rate so good for a startup with limited funds.

CONS: There are a lot of features, but most of them are half baked and not well thought out- that I can live with. However, their support team is very arrogant and can NOT accept criticism or feedback. That in and of itself isn't the worst. Recently they raised their prices with, understood with inflation, but they used the tired trope that things would get better. Since the increase, we've had the most consecutive trouble tickets for broken features that we've ever had, and we're talking basic/necessary features such as payment processing.

CONS: - sales team advised that Line Item tax would be available (Was a lie they cannot display line item tax) -little to no integration -Terrible service when requested for issue fix -inventory system not to par -minimal Automations -No Triggers for basic tasks
