Snapforce is an integrated CRM, call center and telephony solution with built-in emailing, reporting, and case management. The CRM app provides both opportunity and account management, which include a communication timeline, file and document attachments, and a geographical mapping tool. The opportunity tracking tool lets users create, send, and manage price quotes, and convert won deals into orders.

Along with the CRM features, Snapforce offers telephony and call center tools integrated with the CRM. You can use the platform to set up a phone system that allows you to listen and record conversations with callers. You can also arrange unlimited conference calls with up to 25 participants in each call. The voicemail feature lets your customers leave messages and Snapforce stores them in user mailboxes that can hold up to 500 voicemails.

Snapforce’s call center features include automatic call distribution (ACD) for call routing as well as interactive voice response (IVR) for calls screening and transfer. This module offers custom dashboards and reporting to monitor and measure call center and agent performance. Snapforce also provides a client portal add-on that helps resolve support cases directly from within the app. More features include a document manager, calendar, and built-in email client.
