PROS: We selected this product because it was supposed to easily integrate with Sharepoint, and also because it was supposed to be easily customizable to our company's needs.
CONS: -Our CMS is extremely glitchy and unreliable. We have needed to do several "workarounds" because our issues could not be fixed. -The Sharepoint/Unily syncing was very difficult and eventually we had to do a workaround that involved cutting some communication between the two platforms. -Unily did not seem to have Sharepoint expertise and also was not very willing to help us with our syncing issues. -I have encountered new issues with very basic functionalities every week that I have used this product.
