YetiForce CRM Review

PROS: It easy to migrate from oder systems to Yetiforce. Good customer support All necessary modules, widgets and features are already in the system for free, the developers also provide free help. The system is quite easy to manage and it’s very user friendly when properly configured. One of the factors that made us choose YetiForce is their beneficial license. The app is fast, secure, looks good and works well.

CONS: I don't like to pay :) It is Open Source, so you can lower all the cost. Also, good customer support and contact.

PROS: Limitless options; support team; unlimited customization; import/export module

CONS: Slightly overwhelming interface; ease of use

PROS: Very customizable. Can use it for any number of account types. Extremely cost-efficient. Their customer service is fast and very helpful.

CONS: The product takes some getting used to. There is no manuals, so there is some trial and error.

PROS: One of the best solution out there, also very friendly staff, has all option plus you can do Api integration, has a nice notification system , a in house chat also, and anything you can imagine, taxes , pdfs , multi currencies, all type of invoices, and transport notes, basically you can integrate everything in it , a accountant software, some online stores, plus databases from social networks, and works as a charm too, support very fast, really guys try it , you won't regret :) have fun learning it as i do

CONS: Nothing, all good, i learn mostly all software in less than 24 h

PROS: First and foremost it is really intuitive and very user-friendly for none techie people. Even in the early days when there was little documentation I could achieve most things by myself. When I did need support, it was generally to do a major customisation like add a new feature (I didn't have the coding skills to do it myself). I had used many CRMs prior to this and doing even simple customisations (like creating a new module) was a difficult task. Yetiforce comes with lots of built in features that other providers charge large sums of money for. I worked briefly for a company that used Salesforce which was an absolute nightmare for them. They were stuck with generic input screens that only partly met their needs and had major problems with record duplication. Yetiforce allows you to tailor modules to capture exactly what your company needs to operate. It also has tools to help prevent duplicates - particularly during import. I particularly love the dashboards/charts - a beautiful recent addition replacing the old style ones. Also love the way you can created colour coded filters in any module. Another incredible integration is the project management/gaant charts etc. and the booking system - absolutely brilliant!

CONS: There is nothing problematic, and when bugs are found by Yetiforce or their github community they are quickly addressed.

PROS: The software offers great deal of flexiblility, security and reliability.

CONS: Some functionalities deserve a bit of fine tuning in order to make the image complete, but all in all benefits significantly outweigh the cons.
