PROS: There are lot of things that I like about Prophet CRM, first of all its support and knowledge center, the layout of the website with its FAQs and easy access to on-line and support. Also, I like the attention to details with the integration of Outlook and workflow offers access to information, this is extremely great when dealing with clients and prospects. It is flexible and it grows along with my business.

CONS: We had some issue with the installation at the beginning. Also, there is no way to toggle between the contact, company and opportunity manager, it requires me to open separate windows between managers. Furthermore, I cannot share my custom views with others and they need to include this option so we can collaborate better with each other.

CONS: Some screens are locked down for additional customization. When it came to switching data from our previous CRM solution it was easy thing to do.

PROS: I like the functionality with our existing software and controls. This tool uses Microsoft Outlook framework and it makes the software simple extension of our normal workflow and it doesn’t require trainings for new users because the app is extremely easy to use and intuitive. Also, the customer support team is the best, they provide wonderful attention to their clients and they are always willing to help.

CONS: There is small learning curve to how the Outlook interacts and sync with Prophet, but this is not issue or dislike.

PROS: This is perfect product that works perfectly with Outlopk. Its interface allows us to track our sales performance. The support team is wonderful and whenever we face some issue they are quickly to respond, I like them because they are knowledgeable and always open to new suggestions.

CONS: The security built into our company slows down the product.

PROS: I like how it implements well with Microsoft Outlook, it offers new way to stay in contact with my clients. I can use product tracking and keep records so I can create monthly reports. I’m amazed of its tech support service they constantly work on the product’s improvement and they are open to new ideas and suggestions. You can find lot of videos and demos about the product, you can try some tipes and trick on how to use it better.

CONS: In my opinion, the reporting is not simple to understand. It takes some practice create good looking reports and to implement some things.

PROS: I tried other CRM tools over the years but I found Prophet easy to use to use and it makes great extension of Outlook. If you are using Outlook you won’t have any troubles and you won’t need any special trainings.

CONS: In the beginning the iPad version wasn’t good at all but now they have improved it and the mobile platform is simple, intuitive and easy to use. The truth is that I cannot use all desktop functionality but I still can do lot of other things through my mobile device.

PROS: I’m amazed of this product’s customer support team, they are helpful and knowledgeable I get quick responses and friendly conversation with them. Having cloud-based CRM solution is huge relief. With this tool I can track correspondence which is extremely important, I can track down term, needs and experiences.

CONS: I’d like to see options where I can merge customers.
