Bazaarvoice Connections Review

PROS: Bazaarvoice provides genuine reviews of my products. I can see reviews for competitor products, too.

CONS: It takes a long time to finish integrating the software into other software.

PROS: Bazaarvoice is a great platform for us to view customer feedback in a centralized way.

CONS: More proactive solutions in your product development, please.

PROS: The reviews that the application provides and genuine. This helps us know the customer experience and from then on improve on our products and services. What I really love about Bazaarvoice is I feel like this is a real partnership. Their staff are always ready to help, and always informing us about new features and tools in updates.

CONS: So far so good.

PROS: Better consumer engagement. Our company is dependent on consumer feedback so it is really nice that we had found a platform that suits our needs and best interest. What I love about the app is that we gain genuine feedback from customers and we can also reply to them as soon as possible.

CONS: Our products constantly change depending on the season so it is quite difficult adapting to the app and keeping up with enough reviews on each product.

PROS: Using Bazaarvoice has made us be more aware and be more understanding of how we view our products and how our customers view our products. Aside from that, Bazaarvoice team provides great support. They are always informing us on how to improve review quality and coverage and catching us up on the latest tools and features.

CONS: Provide clients with a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis of workbench.

PROS: They provide clients the information they need in using the application and the best way to maximize and use the app to its full potential.

CONS: Some expectations are not met, but I think this is a miscommunication between parties.

PROS: The dashboard is easy to understand. The application is easy to use and navigate on. I can easily search and reply to customer feedback.

CONS: Expensive application. There are other apps with a cheaper price that can be used as alternative. Communication in the app takes a lot of effort to understand.

PROS: Using Bazaarvoice we have gained better communication with our customers and future customers. Potential customers can see the reviews and measure the quality of our products through them. Current customers can provide feedback, we can reply to their feedback and gain insights on how to improve our products. We forward those feedback to our product development team.

CONS: I have nothing bad to say about Bazaarvoice.

PROS: Bazaarvoice helped me and my company gain valuable insights for product improvement. Generating reports has never been easy.

CONS: The integration with Connections is quite crappy, but everything else is smooth.

PROS: Amazing application especially for having insights from customers. Plus, the support is very much helpful.

CONS: The design of the application is a bit hard to understand and navigate, but they have great customer support.

PROS: There is a lot to like about Bazaarvoice. The first one would be it is a great tool for collecting genuine reviews from different websites and retailers. The syndication of their reviews are quite significant and from relevant websites and retailers. Second, They provide us a way to contact our customers, follow up on them, to check end-user experience, and provide them better experience. Third, I am learning the importance of reviews after subscribing and using this application.

CONS: The dashboard could use some tweaks so that it can provide a summary of important information. I hope for the integration price to be cheaper, too.

PROS: Love that the support is well informed and knows well how to resolve any issues we had had. They constantly update the application for smoother and easier UI. Updating the product information in the catalog tool is so much easier much to our delight. It helped us keep our product information to date and respond faster to clients' concerns. We became known to our target market and, have helped us widen our presence in the global market.

CONS: I had a bit of difficulty understanding and navigating between workbench and connections portals but with the help of support I figured it out.

PROS: The application is so easy to use. We have been using Bazaarvoice for collecting consumer feedback for our clients and with syndicating data it has been smooth sailing for years now.

CONS: Communication. I would like to have one platform for communicating inside the company.

PROS: I am really loving the post-purchase review email we send to customers. They provide us great customer feedback and gives us insights for improvement. The support team is really helpful in setting up the app and the post-purchase email feature.

CONS: None.
