CONS: I don’t know if it's our internet connection or the software itself, but there are certain times where our connection speed slows down, I hope this will get addressed.

PROS: I like that it integrates to whatever device is at your hand, either from my computer at home or on my smartphone, it makes transacting business easier for me.
CONS: I am having a hard time turning off my app, I still get to receive calls even when I already signed out. Worse is I cannot see who’s on the other end.
