PROS: One of the best things about using this tool is that we can personalize a customer’s journey. The tool allows us to monitor customers’ browsing history on our site. PROS: It comes with a forever free plan that helps you at least get started with the support process for your business. And that’s not all, it covers all the essential features that can help a business manage and respond to customer requests efficiently. That’s exactly what worked for us when we started using ProProfs Chat since last November.
CONS: I feel they could add the announcements feature for the forever free plan too. After switching from free plan to premium plan, my team and I realized how amazing the Announcement feature really is and can bring in a lot of leads for the business.

PROS: Definitely the part where we get to assess our performance and improve according to the needs of our customers. We've been able to improve our customer support services thanks to the access to customer feedback and incoming metrics on how are our pages performing.
