Pure Chat is a live chat and visitor tracking software that helps to generate more leads and drive sales. It allows you to see who is visiting your website and start conversation immediately with multiple leads and customers at once, instead waiting for email responses or talking on the phone with one client at a time. The software allows you to chat with your customers anywhere with the on-the-go Pure Chat iOS and Android apps. Pure Chat allows you to chat in real-time with your visitors whether you’re in the office, at home, or outside. It offers Android and iOS mobile apps so you can chat on the go. This software helps you to check how many visitors are on your website, their activity history, number of visits, and identify the best quality leads so you can start a conversation with them at any given moment. With Visitors feature on mobile you can see exactly who is navigating through the website. In addition, Visitors is for free once you install Pure Chat on the website and use the mobile app.

This software also has a feature to keep track of every conversation with every client, collect the transcripts, quickly email them to other members, review the chats with chat metrics for any date range, and create weekly updates for leaders by simply downloading .csv file for chat metrics. Plus it allows you to create and modify the reports exactly as you want. You can see the overall chat numbers, average response times, chat duration, and their ratings as well.

You can get a report directly on your mail of yesterday’s chat activity without logging in to your Pure Chat account. The software allows you to customize your chat box, change the background and profile image, create a personal chat page with URL personal connections, and change your contact information. PROS: Pure chat is not simple chat solution, it’s more than that! Within the software you can find lot of features that are perfect for recruiting that make the whole workflow simple and fun. I like the location box because it provides us with the information about the location of our visitors. When our visitors register their name is auto-populat and we are able to see which device they are using. Also, I like the emojis within the chat, they give special emotion and environment while engaging our customers, we are getting closer on higher level.

CONS: I can’t think of something that I might dislike about it.

PROS: We are able to keep an interaction with our customers, to add another operator if needed and provide great service to our customers. We are able to track their location and what page they are looking at the moment. We get automatic email notification for each conversation so we can keep track of the whole conversation with our customers.

CONS: There is no option to attach photo or document to a chat. Also, I’d like to “tag” a conversation for future references when someone is interested in specific product. So I hope they could add these two options, otherwise, we will look for other product similar to this one.

PROS: I love how beneficial Pure Chat is for both our team and our customers. It's a straightforward app that can be customized easily so that it would fit our brand and customer's needs.

CONS: I hope they develop a desktop app for Pure Chat. I think it would improve the speed and performance of the software if it's in a desktop app instead of accessing it through an internet browser.

PROS: This app can do a lot of things that really ease our work. It can accommodate the integration of third-party apps such as Hubstaff. It can detect and record locations. Monitoring site traffic and retrieval of communication transcripts are pretty straightforward.

CONS: The developers can still improve the Smile-or-Frown feature as an evaluation tool because it's not accurate in measuring the true feedback of the customers. I hope they improve it by setting up clear indicators and measurable ratings.

PROS: The best things about Pure Chat are its neat user interface, its customizable settings, and its fair pricing. The UI and the settings make it easier for the users to make the app complement the needs of your team. Customizing it is so much fun because it allows you to see how it will look like on the desktop or mobile. The pricing is just right. Definitely more cost-efficient than its competitors.

CONS: Pure Chat doesn't have a desktop app yet. We have to use an internet browser to access it via the desktop.

PROS: This tool is super useful for our customer service team. I love that you can reassign the customer service representative to smoothly continue an on-going chat. It also shows relevant info about the customer, such as their previous orders, number of site visits, and contact info. This stuff can really help us in pursuing leads.

CONS: I don't like that it automatically signs you off after a few hours of being inactive.

PROS: I am enjoying the customization option for the Pure Chat alert sound so I always know when there are notifications from the app. I also like that Pure Chat lets me add other individuals in a chat even if they are from other departments. And even if they are now part of the group, they can have the option to stay or to leave the chat room. This feature has helped us greatly.

CONS: It is wonderful that Pure Chat offers a free version with no time limit for usage. However, I would prefer that its paid plans are not limited when it comes to the number of SMS notifications that users can receive. It would also be advantageous if Pure Chat adds functionality that lets us share files and photos via the chat box. Also, I have been experiencing system instabilities lately that Pure Chat should look into and fix.

PROS: One of Pure Chat’s major selling points is that it is easy to set-up, and even easier to use. In its control panel, you get everything you need to manipulate the chatbox. It’s simple and it gets that job done—what more does one need?

PROS: This is a no-frills tool. You fire it up, you converse with customers using its chatting solutions, and you can make a few tweaks here and there—that’s about it. If this is the type of tool you are looking for, then you won’t go wrong with Pure Chat.

PROS: The greatest thing about Pure Chat is the integration capabilities that let our business connect it with other systems. We mainly enjoy its synchronization with Slack because messages in Pure Chat appear as notifications in the group messaging platform. Also, our company benefits

CONS: Growth Plan, the lowest tier in Pure Chat's subscription model, should have more than one maximum website. It would also be a huge help if the reporting tool has more data and metrics.

PROS: If you want an easy and straightforward chatting solution, then I highly recommend that you use Pure Chat. I didn’t waste time figuring out complicated algorithms as one would do in other live chat tools. With this, I was able to get to work right away.

CONS: Loading time can be quite long—but these don’t happen all the time.

PROS: The thing that I enjoy most about Pure Chat is its free version that has enough functionalities for our needs. Despite being free, it has a lot of options for customization when it comes to design and email. It is very easy to integrate the chat tool with our website as well because all we need to do is to copy and paste the code. I also like that we can have as many team members as we need on the platform and how easy it is to get them onboard--one email and they can already log in to the system. When it comes it its messaging features, our support team has benefited from the automated and canned replies. It is helpful too that Pure Chat keeps transcripts of conversations, which makes it easier for us to follow up with customers. More than that, the support team of Pure Chat is a gem.

CONS: There isn't much that I do not like about Pure Chat so far. Though I would like if the app lets us email our customers back on the platform. At the moment, we have to copy patrons' email addresses to our email client so that we can send them answers to their queries.

PROS: This is one of the most affordable solutions I have ever worked with. It allows us to track our visitors and those we are having conversation with. In addition, we are able to block IP addresses. The navigation for admin is easy and straightforward process. Also, it has great personal chat widget which is useful when someone wants to talk in private. The customer support is great and they helped us to increase our interaction for more than 60%.

CONS: We would like to see with whom we are chatting, currently, we are able to see the country location.

PROS: I like the customized personal chats. With this product we can easily get in touch with our customers and receive their feedback about the service we provide. The other good thing is that the client is able to print, email and download the whole conversation when it’s over. Also, we can record the past transcripts and view the reports on chats.

CONS: We cannot edit the sent items. Also, there is no way to send our questionnaires to our clients so can get better feedback. Furthermore, there are no options for sending picture or screenshot to the client via chat, and there is no option to edit the font or color of text when typing.

PROS: Pure Chat is easy to use and set up on your website. As soon as you install it you can use it right away and add some customizations. I like the mobile app. Because we are small team no one waits for the chat. Our members can use the desktop app in order to provide best service to our customers. I use its iPhone app and it is great because it gives me notification when there is chat request, and the quality of the chats are great.

CONS: They could make the billing more flexible.

PROS: The Live Chat is one of the best feature that’s included to our site. We are able to reduce time on email inquires and phone call, we can sellect canned respones and keep in touch with our customers. Also, the emojic included in the chat are great and fun, it makes the whole interaction friendly and warm. It provides us with georgraphic information about our visitors.

CONS: It has some bugs, sometimes the chat wouldn’t open.

PROS: What I like most is the fact that I can engage my web site visitors with few clicks. The product is straightforward and simple with intuitive and clean design.
